Service was fine , it was just awkward the busses or people from the kitchen just kept staring at my date and I, made use uncomfortable for sure, we were I'm casual attire so I don't know if that was odd to them.also the waitres did offer more breads ticks like more waitresses do,I guess I have to keep asking

I come on vacation to the USA ?? and I had always heard about this restaurant, honestly the food is nothing special, they are very simple dishes. In this particular place I saw some details that I didn't like, dirty glass and mirrors, everything looks old and I think they could clean everything better, there was a slightly strange smell that I couldn't decipher. The salad is delicious, the pasta normal.

we went here last week on friday, as soon as we entered the hostess christina was very rude. we had asked to for a table of 5, just waiting on our other two guests to arrive. she said no and would seat us as soon as they arrive. while we were waiting i heard her take a call which the person on the other line was talking about making a reservation, she rudely said no they don’t do that and wouldn’t give the wait time either. she told them if they didn’t like that then they can go somewhere else. also to mention it was remotely busy. after my brother and sister in law arrive, we were seated, our server was extremely rude and it was hard to understand him with his thick accent. the food was mediocre, my daughter and i had the alfredo paste. we both got sick off it and she’s only 18 months old.. we only saw our server maybe 3 times with other people bring us our food. when it came time to pay the server made a comment on how much my brother in law were tipping (split bill) he literally said “you’re only going to tip $4 really,” and than stood behind my brother in law looking at how much he was going to tip. so he felt pressured to leave a 20% tip, while my husband didn’t know left him a $20 tip in cash which he didn’t deserve at all.

Service by the servers was great and accommodating but my review is for the general manager Jose Valdes for discriminating against the men in our party. There was 20 of us, 15 adults and he began counting our drinks for his safety. We asked what we may have said that made him feel unsafe. He couldn't tell us anything specifically. At this time, most of us had only 1 drink. Honestly, I felt like leaving and would've left but we were there celebrating my daughter's birthday. I frequent Olive Garden and I've never had this kind of experience at any other location. By far the worst experience I've had at any restaurant. I suffer from a medical condition and the stress suffered today has me experiencing an episode.

Why they chose to keep open for business while their “entire” roof is being replaced is beyond me. The whole place is extremely noisy, it gave me a headache. Could not sit back and enjoy my food. Felt the workers right above me the whole time. Asked to be moved and was denied.

Waitress made us very uncomfortable. Food was okay but service was terrible and place was dirty. Don’t recommend this location. Management was no help. Staff should lay off the caffeine or drugs whatever she was on.

I love Olive Garden. It's such a great place for a large group or a couple. I come here very often with my 92 year old mom. She loves the specials and is always willing to try their featured margarita. Today our server was Elsa, she was delightful and catered to my Moms requests like a true professional. We had the calamari, artichoke dip along with bottomless soup and salad. My Mom had the scampi and as always took some home. Olive Garden still has the small plates Togo. The small plate to go will make a great lunch for my honey!! Good eats. Thank you Elsa for your quick attention to detail and responsiveness. 555

I gave you 4 star in Atmosphere because of your carpet, you really need to change it to something else, that you can clean easily, don't look dirty, but smell that things you put to vacuum and you can perceived when you sit down on your table or booth. For the rest we always have a great experience with the food and the service.

Order to go the chicken and shrimp cabanera, usually chicken pieces are strips not today more like 2 chicken nuggets, no utensils or mint chocolate. So disappointed out of 6 others I've been to this my favorite place. Not today.

I haven't been to Olive Garden in a few years, but I realized that I have been missing out. The place was packed full of families, which made it pretty loud, and the food was pretty good but a little over salted. However, our server was exceptional. Our party wasn't the easiest, but Jake was very patient and kind to us and provided timely check-ins and refill. I would recommend coming here for a family dinner.
