TOMMYS IN THE CITY OF INDUSTRY NEEDS NEW MANAGEMENT. WORKERS CANT READ. PLACE IS ALWAYS EMPTY AND FOOD TASTE LIKE SHIT NOW.

I patiently waited at the drive thru for my food but couldn’t help notice and hear the female cashier being so rude to I am guessing a new hire (very disturbing) in a loud annoyed voice How he was not doing it right or whatever the case was but a professional team member would have closed the window and talk to the employee. THEN it’s my turn I go on to show her my phone for the email (specials) when she suddenly comes off with “next time tell me when you are ordering at the speaker” I nicely said well this here says to mention OR show cashier and calmed her down. I would have mentioned at ordering if she wasn’t so rush rush with my order. Anyway poor dude hope he doesn’t quit after today can’t imagine him working in them uncomfortable circumstances.

My local Tommy’s. I’m here probably monthly. Had to leave a review today because Claudia was amazing. Great service with a smile, even with a bunch of customizations to my order. Amazing experience!

Claudia was very nice, respectful, hardworking, and accommodating. The food was fresh and spectacular. The chili was extremely delicious. Olivia helped out additionally with the chili on the side. The service was very fast. Roberto is a great manager of this restaurant. He did a great job training his staff.

Fast service, fresh food, and the staff were all friendly! I love when you're first greeted when you walk into a place, it really makes a difference even if it seems like such a small thing.
