I patiently waited at the drive thru for my food but couldn’t help notice and hear the female cashier being so rude to I am guessing a new hire (very disturbing) in a loud annoyed voice How he was not doing it right or whatever the case was but a professional team member would have closed the window and talk to the employee. My local Tommy’s. I’m here probably monthly. Had to leave a review today because Claudia was amazing. Great service with a smile, even with a bunch of customizations to my order. Amazing experience!

Claudia was very nice, respectful, hardworking, and accommodating. The food was fresh and spectacular. The chili was extremely delicious. Olivia helped out additionally with the chili on the side. The service was very fast. Roberto is a great manager of this restaurant. He did a great job training his staff.
