Love coming for the golf ⛳️
Interesting hotel … I’m not sure I would recommend but it’s not terrible.
The rooms and hotel itself are ok. It’s in a very weird place, up on a hill, surrounded by not that great of a neighborhood. There is only one restaurant on site, with limited hours and a hit or miss menu (catering for our event was amazing, dinner at RED only gets a “pretty good”, breakfast was horrible - rotten avocado)…there is no pantry or gift shop, so if you miss the hours of the restaurant, there is no other food or drink. And if you order food from outside (uber eats etc), you have to come down to lobby to get it, they can’t bring it to you room despite the guard gate as you drive in… I was on work calls in my room and my food just had to sit at front desk and get cold while I was starving in room stuck on
calls….
There is a golf course here…which is apparently the only reason you would come to this location. The rest of the hotel felt abandoned and the entire situation was giving “golf zombie apocalypse in Asia” vibes.
Everything was great!
I wouldn’t stay here again.. this place is very run down for the price. The rooms are soooo old and the bed/pillows are terrible. The front desk was fine but the website should be more clear that even if you rent a room you have to pretty much pay for anything else.. no breakky is included or anything. I’d prefer to just stay somewhere else local and drive to use the golf course and range.
The golf course is stunning but that’s the only reason to really stay the entire place needs a revamp and then I could see $190 a night being a fair price
Another note: there’s nowhere to get bottled water. Like nowhere so bring your own or drink tap.
Terrible check-in experience, rude staff and lackadaisical management. Extremely dated hotel, rooms are basic and worn with extremely uncomfortable beds and cheap bedding. There is only one small, shallow pool for over 200 rooms, and two golf courses. Parking was free, thankfully.
No sleep because of noisy ice maker; no shower curtain; moved rooms, no conditioner in shower; nothing offered
We visited this Reds Restaurant inside the resort. Food was good, customer service and Mezcal was great. Definitely recommend this place!
Went in for a massage and gotta say it was by far the best experience,my husband and I are very satisfied and would like to give a special thanks to K and Ms.Tina 2 of the massage therapist there thank you , you guys are amazing, and also thank you to the receptionist for the great hospitality , we highly recommend this place for a spa Day !
Overall our stay was pleasant as we were in for a family wedding at the resort but there were a few frustrations during our stay. This hotel is advertised as a 4 star hotel. I would say it’s more of a 3. Our standard king size room had tons of chips in the bathroom stones as well as markings on the tv stand. The room could definitely be updated. Our first day we struggled to find bottled water on site. We asked the front desk which they reported they did not have any, no vending machines or small store in the hotel that sold snacks or small traveling goods. We were told to walk to the driving range where there was a cash only vending machine we could use or walk outside to the snack shack to get the bottled water. I’m surprised they would have a women’s clothing boutique store as well as a nice golf store but no small store that offered toiletries and snacks/ beverages for purchase. During our stay one of the rooms close to us was definitely smoking cigarettes in their room. We reported it multiple times to the front desk. The first time we complained they said they would have security investigate. The second and third time they told us other rooms also complained and offered to move our room which was appreciated. We brought some wine that we wanted to open and sip on prior to wedding festivities. We also struggled to get a wine opener. The front desk reported they did not have one and to ask housekeeping if we saw them in the hallway. We eventually procured one but it was quite surprising the front desk could not give one to us or even have one in each hotel room which seems to be pretty standard at hotels. The rooms have a room service button on the phones but did not in fact have room service. We got our coffee at a local Starbucks due to the hotel only offering standard coffee also located at the snack shack outside. Not a huge issue, but surprised as this hotel considers itself a resort 4 star they would not have other coffee options somewhere on the property such as lattes, espressos, ice coffees etc. Definitely a missed opportunity. The property itself is beautiful including the golf courses, wedding gazebo area, and pool. All staff were super nice. Overall feel like if the hotel made a few updates and small changes patrons would have a much better experience staying here.
Great place for a special family or friends events. We've done a business event here too.

5 Stars – A Relaxing and Scenic Getaway!
I had a wonderful stay at Pacific Palms Resort! The view from the property is absolutely breathtaking, perfect for relaxing and taking in the beauty of the area. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I slept like a dream. The food and drinks were also fantastic.
The hotel staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and I want to give a special shout-out to Michael at the front desk. He was so kind, welcoming, and made check-in a breeze. It really set the tone for a great experience. I’ll definitely be coming back!
Great place!
Nice little gem in the City of Industry. There are 2 beautiful golf courses here with a driving range and putting greens. We didn't stay at the resort, but came here for some putting practice. There is a nice restaurant here that serves a nice buffet. Interior looks remodeled and nice.
Great bartender at the swimming pool, 👌
The room was ok. Great, air-conditioned, but i did notice the sheets had a few yellow stains.
Great place. Bar closes early. Two great 18-hole courses: Eisenhower (Ike) and Zaharias (Babe). The Ike is a par-72 course that stretches from 5,662 to 7,221 yards, while the Babe is a par-71 course that ranges from 5,363 to 6,821 yards.
