We’ve been coming here for years. Back to disco has always had their grand parties hosted here in their beautiful ball rooms. Valentines, Halloween and New Years.

Save your money and stay somewhere else. My family and I stayed this past weekend for 2 nights.
1. The rooms are old, the tv was faded, the blankets and sheets were uncomfortable.
2. DO NOT EAT AT THE RESTAURANT. "Breakfast" is a joke $20 for a stack of pancakes that were bland. Dinner was worse, paid $50 for a filet m. Steak and it was cold in the center
3. Jacuzzi jets don't work
4. Escalators were down
5. Elevators stopped working so there was a long wait and line to get to your room
6. The plumbing is terrible

$225 a night for a double bed room and it's $100 a night for deposit.

They price everything like a Hilton but it's completely out dated and the property needs a lot of work.

We loved the large green territory of the resort. Nice food too!

I attended a fund raising event, with several hundred attendees. The food, service and location were fabulous.

Worst “4-Star” Hotel Experience Ever – A Complete Rip-Off!

I recently stayed at this so-called “4-star” hotel, and I am absolutely appalled by the experience. I paid $210 per night, plus taxes and fees, and an additional $45 pet fee, expecting at least a decent stay, but what I encountered was beyond unacceptable.

First, the balcony door was old, rusted, and almost impossible to close. I had to struggle just to get it shut. How can a hotel that charges such a high rate not bother to maintain something as basic as a functioning door?

Second, the bathroom was a nightmare. The drain was completely clogged, so every time I tried to shower, the water wouldn’t drain. I was essentially standing in a pool of dirty water. Absolutely disgusting.

Third, and perhaps the most infuriating issue, was the unbearable noise. Despite turning off every air conditioner, fan, and light in the room, there was this loud whooshing sound that came in intervals of 5 seconds. This noise persisted throughout the night, keeping me awake until 3 a.m. It was as if I was next to a wind tunnel! How can a hotel expect anyone to sleep under these conditions?

This was hands down the worst “4-star” hotel I have ever stayed at – in fact, it was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had, period. This is a total scam, and I strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to stay far away.

This review conveys your frustration clearly while addressing all the specific issues you faced during your stay.

I am trying to get resolution to being double charged for a $206 dollar meal at the property restaurant. The bill was applied to 2 rooms and paid twice. The hotel has directed me to submit through the credit card company, but I still don’t have resolution months later.
On checking in, my room had not been cleaned, and I had to go back and have another room assigned. The original room was to have 2 beds and the other room assigned was a single king. I was given a roll away to sleep on. The reason given to me was that they didn’t want to pay overtime to have the room clean.
I’m very disappointed in my post stay experience.
I would appreciate a call back and have left messages with your office.

Great view! Top of a hill, had a great time with the pool and jacuzzi!

However, a front desk man is terrible. My leg was scraped, so I asked him if he had alcohol disinfectant, tweezers, or a Band-Aid. He is so impatient, slow, and impolite. Looks like a Mexico guy(sorry about saying this), big belly, didn’t want to move at all to get me the band-aid.

It’s not cool to have a great hotel but such a terrible front desk man.
