Probably one if the best hidden gems omin city if industry. Has a decent service staff and covers all features of a hotel with a very good attached restaurant, in house chef, business conference rooms, golf and the regular things that exist in any hotel. It seems to be getting a little outdated and might be something that will definitely work great with a remodel in the next few years

Think you are in a resort when you look around At night with beautiful views and you've got a nightclub in the site. Driving ranges plus a full course to go through. as well as riding stables.

The Guard at the gate was rude. His name was Andrew. Complained about him to Justin at the front desk he says: They usually screen people going into the property something I'm not used to, because it's a public property. With public restaurants and Golf courses ⛳️ which was surprising.The place is huge if that's what you're looking for. You also are NOT Allowed to consume food bought elsewhere in the lobby areas. ? I guess of you get their food to go from the restaurant. You can eat ot in the lobby. The sign says NO outside food. Which to me was: Petty.They were shooting a movie ? and the front dest was moved somewhere else, plus the rooms were $221. I decided not to stay due to the movie shoots and escalators were down.This place was a disappointment ? that doesn't know how to treat customers.Now let's talk about the Area. Not ideal for me. Also the parking seems off and Limited. For the shooting a movie. The rooms could've been discounted.I've been seeing this place all over my Facebook page and clicked because it's supposed to be close to where I live, but it's quite a distance and doesn't have the appeal of the Claremont, San Dimas LaVerne area.I won't go back not even for Lunch.

I had a wonderful experience at Pacific Palm Resort. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring a comfortable stay. The resort's environment is beautiful and tranquil, perfect for relaxation. Overall, a fantastic getaway with excellent service and a serene atmosphere.

The property itself is beautiful I have spent many of nights and days at the driving range in the restaurant or just simply up their reading a book and join the view of the valley. With this trip though I had a visitor in my room I tried to let the front office know they must not have taken me seriously but they have mice, at least this was the case on the second floor be aware.Rooms: Be aware of the second floor Mickey mouse is running around

The worst golfing experience ever. What was once a premier golfing destination has gone down the toilet. The course is still decent but the service? Customer service is non-existent, thanks to its leadership team, starting with Dave Youpa, its golf director who made every excuse possible after I shared I had to wait 30 minutes just to get a cart replacement after ours went dead on the 3rd hole of the IKE. No discount given for a ruined morning, let alone an apology. But, he did let us know that this was normal as sometimes, they can't even get a group our on time. What a consolation to hear this.Anyway, not having gotten anywhere with the golf manager, I took the time to write to Pacific Palms VP, Ms. Lim and also cc'd one of their other high ups, sharing that before bashing anyone on social media for a review I'm a firm believer with connecting with management first. But, having been over a month with no reply back from any of them, here's my review.If you're thinking of a great golfing experience, I'd skip this one. So many other courses to choose from in OC and in the IE that's far superior in every aspect you can think of. And if your cart dies, you won't be waiting for 30 minutes anywhere else.Food & drinks: Bailey's and coffee

Rooms: Really small and congested rooms.The bathroom door is way to close to the toilet seat.Food & drinks: Resorts usually have multiple options for food.... we went out to the nearby commercial area to get food.. to save some money and not wait for the " restaurant in the resort " to open up.Noteworthy details: The pipes bursted the first day of our stay!! Couldn't take a chance, so decided to checkout and go elsewhere!! Really ruined my birthday trip! Was supposed to make appointment for multiple spa services at the resort... ?

I stay here probally 5-10 times a year for the last 5 years and i couldn’t believe the room had no blanket in the bed so I called and tried to have one delivered and they don’t have any so if you plan on sleeping here bring a blanket.. I’m gonna continue to stay here but man atleast have some blankets upon request
