What I like at this place is that is surrounded by windows is a god spot to stop and relax, meals are good depends on your taste if you don't like healthy food don't stop there, poor and attitude service, (I wait long for my food )dirty tables and messy chairs

I placed an order for a Bagel Pack through the app, and there was an option to have the bagels sliced and toasted. I received the bagels sliced, but they were cold, along with the cream cheese. I spoke with the kitchen manager, who is of Latino descent, and he said he couldn’t heat them up for me. Then I spoke with the cashier, and they also refused to warm the bagels. As a Latina myself, I felt this was an act of discrimination. I left feeling disrespected and disappointed. Este lugar no es para latino .

This food isn't even that great to be too expensive. I'll never go back. I got 2 half sandwiches and 2 cups of soup no drinks for $30. I got the French onion soup. It was ok but very salty and I like salt. I also got a walnut chicken salad it was just ok. My daughter got the bacon ranch sandwich she really liked it and the broccoli cheddar soup. With these prices for a little of food I could have went to a sit down restaurant.
Very disappointing experience. We placed our order and ended up waiting far longer than expected, while several customers who ordered after us were served first. The service was disorganized and inattentive. Unfortunately, it felt like we were completely overlooked. Definitely not the level of service I would expect.

More than 5 minutes wait for a coffee at the drive-thru when I'm the only car in line. They forgot my order and even clearly saw my car waiting at the window, it still took them more than 5 minutes to come over and address the problem.

Julia has the best customer service & smile always greets us she greets everyone & she has a great personality & she's a hard worker she never stops moving always helps out even to wrap your left overs she did that for my mother & she loves Panera Julia is Panera she makes you really feel at home you can tell alot of us love her dedication let her know she's doing a fantastic job & we're regular customers now
