The service was disorganized and inattentive. Unfortunately, it felt like we were completely overlooked. Definitely not the level of service I would expect.

More than 5 minutes wait for a coffee at the drive-thru when I'm the only car in line. They forgot my order and even clearly saw my car waiting at the window, it still took them more than 5 minutes to come over and address the problem.

Julia has the best customer service & smile always greets us she greets everyone & she has a great personality & she's a hard worker she never stops moving always helps out even to wrap your left overs she did that for my mother & she loves Panera Julia is Panera she makes you really feel at home you can tell alot of us love her dedication let her know she's doing a fantastic job & we're regular customers now

Before you place your order for a large fountain drink, make sure that they have large cups in stock. I ordered a large fountain drink, but they only had small cups left, so I paid more for a smaller cup, I did not get a refund for the difference.

First time ordering a pickup through drive thru from this location. I ordered a bagel pack and it included 2 cream cheese containers. I drove up, was asked for my last name and was given a box. Then the window was closed and I drove off. I should have doubled checked when given the order because upon arriving at work I realized I had not been given the 2 containers of cream cheese. Usually they will put everything in a big brown bag but this time I was only given a box and not told “hold on let me get your cream cheese” or anything from the staff. Lesson learned, Always double check your order!
