Price is high, and food quality has gone down. Extra charges for everything... Go anywhere else please. Update 1/13/24 -- Supposedly store caught on "fire", store is officially closed.

Yo, what's up with this being closed??? It doesn't take months to remodel.

Quality has really gone down the drain. I had the biggest craving for pho & I left so disappointed. I took 5 bites & had to stop. Right off the bat, my soup was not hot at all, & I usually wait for my soup to cool down before diving in. The meat tasted old & my noodles tasted like they didn't cook it before placing it into the bowl. $55 for 2 bowls of pho & 3 egg rolls.

Ordered pho. Good, not great. Rice noodles way too firm, soup too oily. Service is great though. The competition across the street is better.

It's not rocket science , write down the order! Disappointed with the service . The food is consistently good. I've commented on a different Pho restaurant there flaw is they don't write down one's order. In this case the waitress forgot our egg rolls , even after a reminder. It took three times till we got them.

First time waited 30mins for the easy prepare pho... and there's couple hairs on the meat. And one girl states it's cows hair. Anyway. No matter is human hair or cow hair. Are they suppose to exchange a new bowl for me? I love their pho. Always their royal customer. But never ever again after today. It disgusted me!!!!!

The best pho in Southern California, we eat there at least once a month. For manipulating many years

This is the worst place I ever eat I order a pho chicken and a ice tea Chicken are old and dry and hard Cheap Ice tea charge extra $2 and is taste horrible. I eat Vietnamese all over fronLS to OC. ( I rate this place the worst food and over charge. I can't even eat it and I am a easy eater. Cheap Pho and cheap tea for almost $20 I don't recommend anybody coming to here

Very small portion for a X-Large, needs to add extra pho to get the same portion as before the pandemic. Service just so so.

TERRIBLE FOOD AND POOR ATTITUDE. We ordered special crispy chowmein. The ingredients in the menu showed that this dish comes with, shrimp, chicken and squid, cheap cabbage instead of bok choy and carrots. Our order came out with only 4 small shrimps and pieces of very dry freezer burnt chicken. Spoke to the lady and told her about the squid since there is none and the sauce is salty. I further told her that if there are not squid she should have told us so we would order something else. I expressed the disappointment and the feeling of being deceived. She mentioned that she would not charge us for the lousy chowmein. As we were leaving, I mentioned that they could learn from the Chinese restaurant that served with more protein ingredients. She immediately said "You should go there." I replied that she has a very poor attitude who refused to learn from customer's feedback.

Pho Ha is a hidden gem nestled in a strip mall. The moment you step inside, you're transported to a cozy mom and pop hole-in-the-wall, and it's cash only, so be prepared. While the service might not be top-notch, the incredible bowl of pho and delicious eggrolls more than make up for it. The generous portion sizes and unbeatable prices make this place a must-visit. So, if you're in the mood for some authentic, wallet-friendly Vietnamese cuisine, don't hesitate to check out Pho Ha

My 2 cents on this place after dining here.1. Hit with chemical smell of construction 2. On-going construction in full view3. Warm soup doesn't cook the raw beef4. Passion fruit drink was syrupy, no good
