Great Chinese desserts. My wife and I loved the Durian rolls and the Mochi. The Hainan chicken was also very good.Vegetarian options: Several non meat options available

Phoenix is a true delight! The drinks are top-notch, and their desserts are a heavenly experience. A must-try for anyone looking to savor the best of both worlds. You won't be disappointed!

Woot-Woot to Phoenix Food Court on showing promotional items for Lunar New Year. The marketing signage drew me in for sure! This is a chain restaurant and it's boutique locations menu lost its appeal or popularity declined since it's height in the mid-90s (e.g. its first store opened in Chinatown) Today, I am giving a 5-Stars, for the quick counter service, friendly staff but most importantly the offering of several quintessential treats-- abalone and nai gau to ring in the lunar New Year. Nai Gau, a glutinous sweet rice cake, thought to bring prosperity in the Lunar New Year. This desert treat is a tradition to eat for my family-- grandma used to make it, then my dad modified with his own ingredients and now I rely on local Chinese bakery! I was pleasantly impressed and surprised to find CNY specialties at Phoenix Boutique. I quickly bought one to not break tradition and looking forward to slicing and frying it up!

The food is fresh and piping hot. Best chicken wings, crispy yet moist.

Came here the other day since we were. Raving laksa- but unfortunately this place no longer have it. I ordered the Hong Kong rice noodle plate and my bf ordered the shrimp wonton soup. HK rice noodles were decent, I just wish they had more vegetables in there since it was mostly noodles. Shrimp wonton was a little disappointing as there is only 4 wontons in the soup, and the fish itself was not too big in my opinion for the price. I was at least looking forward to the mango wrap dessert but they didn't have that either): a bummer since I really love their desserts.

The mixed fruit sago drink is the way to go, trust me

Just like the other outlets in the chain. They only had a few seated groups. Good service, and food came out very quickly. Ordered the egg and shrimp plus the braised tofu and seafood. Quick lunch and everything hit the spot.

Stop by here for a quick lunch because of the outdoor patio seating. Food is average. The servers are friendly. However, the serving bowls are very sticky and greasy, the spoons have food stains, and the cleanness of the bathroom is unacceptable. The cup of water has a thin layer of oil floating. Gross!!! Not coming back again.

Food was not great, haven't ordered from here since the pandemic started and when ordering it again, just didn't taste the same. I ordered the shrimp egg rolls that were soggy instead of crunchy, the combination fried rice that had a weird taste to it, the chicken lettuce wraps, lettuce wraps were old, you could tell because it was not crunchy, stems were yellow with some brown, no greenery to it. Only thing I could say that was still delicious was the mango tapioca drink.

Worst staff working there, service is trash. Don't bother eating there, they dont even clean their bathroom! Most disgusting bathroom in LA period, I cant believe health examiner allowed this badly managed restaurant to exist. Food is horribly made too.
