Sunday 9/14/25 Lunch at Pieology. I love their pizza here because it tastes delicious with lots of fresh ingredients. Over the years, it has become too pricey when compared to other pizza restaurants. The prices needs to be reduced to compete and stay in business.
The employees need training in interacting with customers; need to greet, talk, and smile with customers to gain more and returning business.
I attempted to join pieology member but their app doesn’t work and the employee don’t know how to assist. I lucked out of the perk with my purchase and the employee doesn’t care; it just a soft drink as the perk. Employee could have provided the drink due to app not working
The restaurant decor is nice and played high vibe music.

Showed up at 9:55PM for a pizza and resulted that the place was closed when sign OPEN lights are on and business hours says it closes at 10PM

I did curbside pickup and there was no parking for it and the lot was packed, so I had to park a few lanes down and walk up to get it. I tried calling but no way to get through. Then the pizza was undercooked and not fully cut. Maybe they just had a bad day but it was a very bad experience for me.

Very good for a franchise pizza spot. The fresh drinks were excellent and the pizza was surprisingly good.
