Came to this canes on 4/5/24 around 8:40pm I ordered the box combo and man oh man was the chicken flavorless and soggy! The fries had no salt and were also soggy. Why do you guys call it Texas toast ? When I got it, it wasn't even toasted it was cold and spongy. Worst $15 I ever spent I should've just went to chick fil a next door. I don't know what's up with this location but yall need to do better . Hoping someone contacts me to make it right . And to add the cherry on top they didn't even give me my receipt ... anyone reading this go ahead and go next door to chick fil a don't waste your hard earned money here.

I drove through the RC's on Azusa in City of Industry. It's my regular go to when i don't have time to prepare lunch or dinner. I ordered my regular (3-piece finger combo). When i got home and opened my box, the fingers were so small. they looked like nuggets! I was very disappointed and felt cheated. I hope this is not going to become their regular practice. Maybe it's their way of having the customer order their larger combo .

One chicken tender is equivalent in size to two McDonald's chicken nuggets. The portion of fries provided was small. At $15, it's not worth it; I'm not even satisfied after eating. Disappointing! Their serving sizes are skimpy.

Only been to this location a handful of times and this was the first time i had experienced an issue. I had ordered in the drive thru and noticed my order was incorrect so i walked inside and the manager Alyssa helped me and she was very rude considering they had messed up my order. I cannot believe Raising Canes has these type of managers with this attitude. I will never go back to this location because of the experience i dealt with.

I don't know what's going on at this location but pretty soon one star I don't like complaining but they just don't get it I always ask for crispy fries and they just don't do it I go once a week and every single time there not crispy they did it one time ever since they've not did it I'm just going to send them back and also I look at the food when I go in and it looks way better to eat there then it is to get it to go and you get way more food next time one star

The chicken has definitely gotten smaller in the last couple years. Texas toast is 10/10 and the Canes sauce is 100x better than chick fil a sauce.Service here is very friendly and the aesthetic is on point.

Everything is good except tenders are either medium or small. Small like 2 chicken mcnuggets. I remember it was always about 4.5 inches. Now it's average at 2.5 inches. Not right. At least let the buyer

Compared to various fast food places, their chicken tenders isn't as bready and dry. Flavor wise, there isn't any spices like how Popeyes would, but still 'tasty'. The texas style toast is like a brioche where it's as sweet as a Haiwaiian bun. There's supposed to be garlic butter on it, but the topping just taste like salted butter. You can try asking for it to be buttered on both side. Regarding both side being buttered, there is a "secret menu" like non-battered chicken tenders. Don't do it, it's not worth it. The meat will be dryer and chewer (also looks like frog legs). The fries are... decent. Crinkly fries in general have a bad reputation for being soggy and under-cooked - the ones here are crispy. I would give it a 5 star if the music inside wasn't blaring, and if it doesn't required playing "ninja" with the restroom's paper towel dispenser only for it to give a few inches. It would be nice if they can occasionally mop the area around pick-up. Night on the weekdays the music is quiet, and tolerable since there aren't any crowds. P.S. If you're 'green-concious', like me, this place will make you feel guilty. Even if you order dine-in, often it'll come in a plastic take-out box. When the person ahead get their order in a reuseable tray, RNG can still have your order put in a to-go box. Idk why. Btw You can maybe make friends there. On a Sat there's usually two different groups of people: one playing TCG and another playing Catan for possibly 8 hours (I once came back for a refill and they were still there).

I ordered via app 4 pc combo for pickup. 1) when I went in right on time, the food wasn't ready. 2) they were out of the lids, so I told them, but had to wait 3-4 mins before I had to ask for it again to get it. 3) when I opened the box at home, I got puny little ones (pictured) and I have small hands, too...
This is a solid 4 stars. Food was great along with friendly customer service and speedy time. Kids love the food which is something as they are very picky eaters. Will definitely visit again.

This is 5 stars for fast food chicken fingers!! I try not to eat too much fast food, but when it's that mid afternoon and you want something to snack, I thought this was a good choice. This is a favorite box combo which comes with 4 chicken fingers, crinkle-cut fries, coleslaw, Texas toast and that yummy cane sauce and 22 oz fountain drink. I think it's a good value.

Went here with my sone we got a combo and then just fingers. Went to sit down and my 6 fingers didn’t have a sauce. I was told sauce is not included if you don’t get a combo I told them the only thing that makes your chicken good is the sauce. They wanted .43 cents for sauce, i said I just spent $12 bucks for your chicken your kidding me? Anyway not my choice my son wanted it but I’ll go to chick fil a any day over Canes they give you all the sauce you want for FREE

soooo raising canes is fire to be honest but unfortunately at this location... a solid six out of ten times in the drive thru my order was not right when i received my order. an extra canes sauce is always a goto!
