We had an amazing night out with friends, enjoyed dining outside while watching the sunset. Stunning views, outstanding food and excellent service

The service and ambience were great, but we ordered the special for the night which was a 12oz NY Steak marinated with garlic, orange, and lemon was horrible and looked and tasted more like a thick chuck eye steak. My wife said it tasted more like Al Pastor taco meat. It was not very appetizing even though we ate it all because we were hungry. The best thing on the plate was the mashed potatoes. The steak had no grill marks and looked and tasted like it was steamed. The cook definitely missed the mark and it was the worst $350 dinner I ever paid for.

We had the nachos with the beef and he was perfect and the server was the best service I ever had with her. I should've gotten her name, but the food was good. Coffee was good. The wine was good. We enjoyed it.

Always loved the food and ambience here. This is where my friends & I go for special occasions and it's always a good meal & a good time.

A very nice restaraunt located in Pacific Palms resort. We ate outside on patio as it was a very nice day. Beautiful setting g with a pond and adjacent to one of the golf course holes. A little pricey for what you get i think. We had an excellent server who was very friendly and attentive.

The outdoor ambiance was very nice. The appetizer was awful. We ordered calamari and was nothing but over fried bread. I brought it up to the waiter and he totally disregarded the comment. Totally unacceptable. The drinks are tasty but the martini glasses are very small with a high price.

Had a great dining experience. The outdoor dining area overlooks the golf course and looks amazing at night. The food was delicious and the signature cocktails did not disappoint. Fine dining at its best.

Our filets were both overcooked. We ordered MR and they were definitely medium to medium well. We did not have time to wait for new steaks. Very disappointed.

Outside ambiance is amazing, service was solid. No issues with either of those. Food was average at best. Burger was okay, fries are weak. Lobster chowder was gluey almost, and the buns were so dry and old they were ready for breadcrumb conversion.

Shrimp scampi was solid. Nothing to wow you but good clean well cooked shrimp and good tasting pasta and sauce.

Called about gluten free options for someone in our party. Got some bad intell stating they could accommodate, which they really can not. No seperate fryer, they cook their veggies in the same water as pasta is cooked in and they deep fry their bacon.

How about you boil some fresh water in a clean pan and steam some veggies to accommodate?

All and all..really wanted to like this place and I wouldn't say that it is bad. I would say it was a complete let down to what my expectations were.

I booked a dinner reservation today (July 4th) at Red Restaurant and Bar. We drove pretty far to get here because I read from the reviews the restaurant has a pretty view of the city and also decent food. When we got there it was hard to locate the restaurant and staff who walks around don’t even bother to direct us.

When arrived at the receptionist desk, there was an older man in suit, he wasn’t so welcoming or friendly in his tone. Keep repeating that he can’t put the round tables together. First of all, if you can’t put the two tables together for a large party, your online reservation system should indicate that so people know when they reserve. Don’t wait until your guests arrive and then tell them with an attitude that “we can’t put the tables today.”

Despite the rocky start, we decided to stay. After being seated, however, we waited over 30 - 40 minutes and were completely ignored. No server came to greet us or take our order, even though we saw other tables (including groups that arrived after us) being attended to promptly. There were plenty of staff on the floor, so the excuse of a holiday or short staffing simply doesn’t hold.

The lack of service left us questioning whether we were being deliberately overlooked — perhaps because we are Asian, or maybe because we weren’t hotel guests. Regardless of the reason, this kind of experience is unacceptable.

We left without dining and will not be returning. No one wants to spend a holiday feeling unwelcome, and this visit left a very bad impression. I sincerely hope the management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the inconsistencies in service and hospitality.

Waited for 1 hour just to be told they can no longer take us in. When we first got here, we left our phone number with them so we could get live updates. After 1 hour, we went back to check with them and they said they’ve been too busy to take us in. Horrible service and no one should be treated this way.
