Tall Matcha Latte.
2/3 of foam and 1/3 of matcha drink.
Took me 5 seconds to finish and cost $5.75.
Would never order this drink ever again.
Do you want to come to a place where they treat you truly badly? This is it. The lady at the window was having a bad day, and her bad attitude showed it. This is the first time I've been treated with such arrogance.

Ordered 2 grande nitro sweet cream cold brews. Both cups barely filled half way with no sweet cream. Retrain these ppl on how to fill up a cup. The picture shows it full, why wouldn't you serve it that way? $13 for 2 cups that combined would barely equal a full grande đđ
They took my order, but when it was made, it had more chocolate than expected. I mentioned this to the employee with blonde hair, and she responded in an unnecessarily rude manner. Even after I showed her a photo of that drink from another store. Another employee had to come and correct my order. Honestly, if she doesnât want to serve customers, she shouldnât be working there.

I ordered a 4 shot espresso in a cup. First I get a drink and its filled to the brim with water not espresso shots. Than they remake it with one shot and give me an attitude. I usually think of them being nice and polite. But 3 stores in the area are absolutely rude.
I went in today to order a frappe and a warm latte at the drive thru and the worker at the drive thru was very rude. She seemed to have a problem with me ordering and was very unprofessional. She tried cutting my order short and did not ask if I wanted anything else. After I ordered my wife's drink she gave me my subtotal knowing I was not done ordering and cut me off mid sentence. I asked for her drink to be warm and she kept saying for it to be hot. People that have a nasty attitude should not be working in fast food restaurants. If you are working in fast food or a restaurant that has a drive thru, be kind. If you have problems, leave them at home. You are here to work, not to make ppl feel bad for ordering.
Walked in to use the restroom and order the restrooms were nasty . I asked an employee or manager to clean the restrooms and she told me I had to wait so I put a timer on and it reached 6 minutes she asked âoh your just using the restroom right â I said Iâm trying to use the restroom and then order she said âoh I can take your order right nowâ I told her no I have to pee bad !!! She said well I have everybody making orders I canât have them stop what they're doing to go clean the restroomâ my thing is this Starbucks inside opens at 5 a.m and I walked in at 7 a.m. why are the restrooms even dirty ? Trash can overflowing , no toilet seat paper, toilet has urine on it . Just disgusting!!!!!! The employees are lazy . These restaurants need to follow raising canes and in-n-out bathroom procedures because they keep their bathrooms clean at all times. So moral of the story she didnât clean the restroom so I walked out and went to another Starbucks.

A very large Starbucks with plenty of indoor seating and a few outside tables. It was a typical experience from any other Starbucks. Not much individual character or evidence of community involvement you would see at other locations. Friendly staff such as Leo.

Visited this place many times, however, this is my first Google review of it,
Located right off the 60 freeway & Azusa exit next to Krispy Kreme,
Drive-thru is open until 12-midnight,
Inside dinning is open until 11:30pm which is the latest In the area,
Friendly staff, three different types of seating and very comfortable.... 4.8 Stars out of 5
Parking: Plenty of parking as this location shares a massive parking space with the Mall

The only reason Iâm leaving a review is BECAUSE- I used to love coming here, been coming here for years but last few weeks, service has been quite RUDE. The drive through staff needs an attitude adjustment. For the prices we pay, consumers donât deserve the sass for simply asking for a straw. The Coffee is always good & cookies(baked items)are a hit or miss.Some days they are good,other days they taste old and stale.
I truly pray and hope management has a reboot with educating staff with proper manners and etiquette. The Starbucks down the street in La Puente is a lot better mannered.

It was late and a black girl skipped my order , the hispanic gentleman had to do it all and went out of his way to serve me the best frap ever thanku sir ur awesome ??
