This Starbucks branch, over the past year, has consistently provided an excessive amount of ice in every order, leading to suspicions of deceiving customers. Therefore, I now prefer to go out of my way to the Colima and Fullerton branch to purchase coffee, even though the cost of fuel is a bit impractical. However, to express my dissatisfaction, I believe it's necessary to take this action.

First time this has happened at ANY of the dozens of Starbucks I've purchased drinks @. I ordered 4 drinks, nothing complicated. I asked for a hot green tea and it was followed by, "we don't have green tea". That should of been my first red flag that the person on the drive through window didn't know what they where talking about. Then I asked for a White Hot Choclate. Here's the big one.. I arrive at home 3.4 mi on a Saturday night after working 10hrs over time to find a dark hot chocolate! Now I don't get to spend much time @ home with my kids. But when I do I enjoy catering to them. This was the most disappointing visit I've ever had @ a Starbucks. CHECK YOUR SCALDING HOT DRINKS IN THE DRIVE THRU. GOOD JOB GUYS ?
This is one of the few Starbucks locations where you can come in, sit with someone and enjoy a cup of coffee and some treats! At other locations you can't really just sit with one person and talk as most new renovations at other locations have made it so that there is less seating for people to hang out or the seating is communal, a big table for everyone and their mamas! This location is a bit far from home, but the husb and I like coming here. We come here on our way from the IE or if we have dinner in the area. The baristas look like they're having fun working there. They are polite and helpful, always smiling. The lobby is usually open until 11:30pm, drive-thru closes at midnight. Spacious location that we like coming to. Coffee and food are great.

It’s 3:57pm and I just left this Starbucks unsatisfied because the guy at the window refused to accept my 100$ bill….!!!! WOW I’ve never known a Starbucks to refuse breaking a 100$ bill especially during prime time. So ridiculous…. Will never be back again.

One of the bigger Starbucks I have visited.They were quick on the order and pretty patient with large orders.The food was fast, and actually quite bigger then Canadian counterparts.For a first time in LA great experience.
It's not bad to drink, but it's ugly. The cream is flat. Starbucks is becoming more and more unprofessional.
