Ugh, all we had was hello and welcome. Once in line, no one smiles or answers any questions. We ordered 6 items, and all they did was call out our orders and not our name. Why did you even ask our name? We sat there asking where our items were, and they said it's over there. There's a million items on that table. I'm not touching each one of the cups to find out which is mine. For fks sake, what's my name?

We had a great dinner at Starbucks with the Friends package. Though we waited over 5 minutes to be seated, the active, attentive staff made up for it. The Strawberry Açaí and Mambo Sun were delicious! The place was a bit busy but kid-friendly with awesome outdoor seating. Free street parking, fair prices, and a friendly manager added to the experience!

The guy making my husband’s coffee was super amazing, so were the ladies working on my drink!!! They have always done a great job, service was always good.
Parking: I can park my semi, (WITHOUT THE 53’ TRAILER),in the parking lot to get my husband’s and my coffee, my husband’s bacon egg bites, my Kale and mushroom bites. I do wish they would have paper towels in the bathroom and I think about how helpful a shelf, a table to put my stuff down on would be so very helpful or at least a changing table in both bathrooms. There are only 2 unisex bathroom.

We love going to this Starbucks. Usually order via their app, and though many times we're not far from them, they always have our order ready when we get there. Staff are very friendly and the place is very clean and we'll kept.
Drive thru has a paper that says it’s closed at 5:30, lobby is closed, says it’s open to mobile orders, but mobile orders are not available

Nothing wrong with my order. My problem was with the vehicle in front of me in the drive thru line. They placed a very large order (6+ custom beverages) and held up the line first at the ordering station, and then at the window. I sat behind this vehicle for seven minutes waiting for their order to be filled. In that time, I went from being the only other vehicle in line to seeing a long line of cars waiting to order as I (finally) left.This Starbucks location did me and those behind me in line a big disservice. Instead of just letting the driver with an excessively large order that really should NOT have been placed at the drive-thru wait and hold everyone else up, the employee(s) should have instructed the driver to pull around and wait until their order was ready so that they could service the cars behind it.
