Poor service at the window. Asked for an adjustment on an order and was asked to come inside to redo my entire order because there was 2 cars behind me. You have 6 people working on an order with items. Poor efficiency.

One of the better Starbucks along the 60fwy from LA to Ontario. I work in the BMO building next to this location, and work a few hours in the cafe 2-3 times a week. It's got about 12 tables, including one long shared table that I see some business teams use for discussions or meetings. Staff is experienced and diligent. Managers are solid; team knows what they're doing. The seating area and bathrooms are generally kept clean. They even know most of the regulars by name. During rush times, there are a lot of mobile orders as well as cars, and this team does what it can to move things along.

The handicap parking spaces should be moved over to the end of the building, which is still a short walk for the handicap people. I'm a handicap person and I came in to park today in the delivery truck was blocking both handicap parking spaces. This is a daily occurrence. There's one regular parking place and two handicap parking places so three parking spots were being blocked by the delivery truck. If they move the two handicap parking spaces then the delivery truck would only be blocking normal parking places which would probably have cars parked in them because people would be inside working on their laptops and it would make easy access for the handicap people to pull straight in instead of having to make a right turn to pull into the handicap parking place. I hope management reads these and sees this request!

Very rude transsexual (with the year 1977 on elbow) I ordered a simple coffee and I was there at the drive thru window forever it never opened the window to greet me so I just left..they (Starbucks) really should reconsider some of their hiring practices, I feel violated🙁 this happened on july 29 2023 @ 4:30 pm / 🦿BREAKING!!: 0n 4/26/25 i order just a black coffee.. why was the coffee tasting like some damn perfume🫠

Ugh, all we had was hello and welcome. Once in line, no one smiles or answers any questions. We ordered 6 items, and all they did was call out our orders and not our name. Why did you even ask our name? We sat there asking where our items were, and they said it's over there. There's a million items on that table. I'm not touching each one of the cups to find out which is mine. For fks sake, what's my name?

We had a great dinner at Starbucks with the Friends package. Though we waited over 5 minutes to be seated, the active, attentive staff made up for it. The Strawberry Açaí and Mambo Sun were delicious! The place was a bit busy but kid-friendly with awesome outdoor seating. Free street parking, fair prices, and a friendly manager added to the experience!
