Nothing wrong with my order. My problem was with the vehicle in front of me in the drive thru line. They placed a very large order (6+ custom beverages) and held up the line first at the ordering station, and then at the window. I sat behind this vehicle for seven minutes waiting for their order to be filled. In that time, I went from being the only other vehicle in line to seeing a long line of cars waiting to order as I (finally) left.This Starbucks location did me and those behind me in line a big disservice. Instead of just letting the driver with an excessively large order that really should NOT have been placed at the drive-thru wait and hold everyone else up, the employee(s) should have instructed the driver to pull around and wait until their order was ready so that they could service the cars behind it.

I’m am unable to have caffeine from heart issues. Made the mistake of not checking my coffee this morning from the drive-through. They gave me someone else’s coffee. Fortunately I checked it before taking a drink. Unfortunately I was halfway to work and did not have the time to go back to get what I ordered.Dietary restrictions: Zero caffeine

Nothing worse then someone playing with ppl in the drive thru who trust that when they come to get ur service you won’t mess with the food they paid for or give them problems, this morning 6/30/23 6:14 am the barista was a total j***** ( Note to management please train the staff on customer service ok! )

Bad service barista had attitude and were defensive for no reason all I did was ask for extra caramel on the bottom of cup and they literally filled up half the cup with it. They did not even want to remake it DO NOT COME HERE

By far the slowest Starbucks I've ever been too. It's Sunday 8am and I've been waiting on the same spot in this drive thru for 20 mins. This is really unbelievable. The girl repeated my order 3 times wrong. Maybe try not to be having a conversation with someone else while I'm ordering. Bro get your s* it together.

I placed a mobile order ..my drink wasn't even ready.. so they asked me if I had a mobile order which I said yes.. they said it was showing them my order . I showed them my phone. I told them it was supposed to be ready at 7:19 pm which was already 7:26 an employee named Raymundo told me to shut up.. upset . I told him not to talk to be that way.. yes I did raise my voice after he told me that ..who's not going to be upset?I will never be going back.I was so mad I didn't realize he gave me a venti size when I ordered a trenta drinkCustomer service is horribleAnd Raymundo please have a different attitude towards Customers.. honey if you are having a bad day it isn't our fault
