I had a salad delivered from Uber Eats today. I had to have it delivered because I had two strokes. Normally when Subway makes a salad, they put it all together in a bowl and chop it.
None of the meat was chopped . Which really wasn't a big deal It was just disappointing cuz I had to cut it up which I have trouble cutting because of my hands. What's the biggest problem is here was barely even a drizzle if that of the sweet onion dressing that I had asked for. There was nothing there to mix in with the salad.The little bit that was on top barely touched the meat..I scraped it off, but there was nothing to mix in. Paying $15 for a salad with no salad dressing on it is absolutely ridiculous. When we called back to subway and asked to talk to the manager, they said that there wasn't a manager on duty...he would take a message... When we told him what happened, the guy didn't care at all. So we are calling back tomorrow to talk to the manager
Only one person up front. There were people in line waiting. The worker was doing online orders and said it was going to take 20 mins… unbelievable. The manager of the store needs to have more people working. It’s not fair for one person working up front and doing online orders at the same time, that’s a lot of pressure.

I am so impressed with this exceptionally clean Subway. Not only is it clean, the customer service is excellent. Both ladies are fantastic, sandwiches are chefs kiss. I left my Iphone and guess what, it was there when I went back. Class Act.

I went yesterday during lunch time there was a new worker, I really enjoyed her attitude but she was working alone. There was a long line and I didn’t like that the other worker that showed up she seemed like the manager because she began talking rudely to the worker in front of all of us customer. The line took so long because she was working alone and the other worker didn’t help. They should fix this so the line can move faster and also yelling at the workers in front of the customers was very disrespectful to do especially because we are just trying to get our food.

Sub is tasteless, less ingredients, and only bread, no sauces.
Girl working there at Noon was a bit rude. Couldn't hear her so I kept telling her to repeat herself. She kept talking soft. But I get it was just her.
Bad service, slow, little attention and worst of all, bad attitude of the person serving.

Waited for like 15/20 mins and another customers was waiting longer than me because she had a “bloody nose” yet she didn’t closed the store or put a note saying bloody nose or anything end up waiting and didn’t get noting and she was just in the back on her phone or something. One person working?? And she saying it’s be a while till she serves people even tho it’s been like 20 mins I didn’t know a bloody nose last that long. Had everyone waiting like a idiot
Only one employee, Chantel, she was awesome! She took care of all orders quickly by herself, she deserves another employee to help her. Thanks Chantel ☺️

Just saw the reviews for this place and I am not surprised I ordered delivery since my lunch break doesn't give me enough time to go out and grab lunch myself they didn't give the driver my complete order and on top of that my sub was not the way I ordered it I tried to call to see if they can fix it but to my surprise the phone is out of service overall bad experience

At 1st this place was my go to since it's close to my job. Now it had gone down hill. The workers are lazy, and don't take accountability for their actions. The last few times I've ordered online it shows my subs either "making it" or "ready" and they haven't started on them yet when arriving to pick up. Just now I ordered at 12:30, it's 1:10, I came in, the place is empty and one of the workers was doing absolutely nothing and my subs were not even started on. This place has gone downhill. Management need to retrain their employees or hire thoes that will do their job. Will not order from here again.
