Just saw the reviews for this place and I am not surprised I ordered delivery since my lunch break doesn't give me enough time to go out and grab lunch myself they didn't give the driver my complete order and on top of that my sub was not the way I ordered it I tried to call to see if they can fix it but to my surprise the phone is out of service overall bad experience

At 1st this place was my go to since it's close to my job. Now it had gone down hill. The workers are lazy, and don't take accountability for their actions. The last few times I've ordered online it shows my subs either "making it" or "ready" and they haven't started on them yet when arriving to pick up. Just now I ordered at 12:30, it's 1:10, I came in, the place is empty and one of the workers was doing absolutely nothing and my subs were not even started on. This place has gone downhill. Management need to retrain their employees or hire thoes that will do their job. Will not order from here again.

Placed an online order while in the parking lot. There were no other costumers in the store so I went in 5 min before it was done thinking the worker would have it done. He hadn't started my order at all, it was supposed to be done at 4:40 pm and barely started it at 4:39pm. I didn't receive it until 4:50.

I am giving this place 2 stars out of kindness. I have gone twice to get breakfast sandwiches about 1 month apart. The lady seems a bit odd but seems to try. However, the toaster has been down that long!? Clearly management does not care. There have never been clients inside when I've gone, very quiet and empty. It sucks because it's the closest subway to me. Won't go again

This has been one of our families favorite Subways. We pass other Subways to come here but this location too is starting to go downhill quickly. I ordered my Philly Cheesesteak like it comes on the menu. I added banana peppers and asked for banana peppers on the side. I got a sandwich with lettuce which is not an item on the receipt nor is it part of the standard sandwich. I also got no cheese! What is a Philly without cheese? When I got there I noticed that the young man had not put a small container of banana peppers so I asked for some. He filled a paper envelope like they use for the cookies full of banana peppers. Unfortunately, when I picked up the paper envelope they all fell out of the now wet paper bag and onto my seat. :( A week or so before this purchase my wife and I were in there buying another sandwich and we got there about 7:35 PM, 55 minutes before closing and as the person was making my sandwich another customer came in and they sent her away saying they were not making any more sandwiches. As we were walking out I told my wife, "they would be making my sandwich, they have an hour". I know employees are tough to get and tougher to keep but I just don't get how some of these workers don't care. Do a good job and use that experience to grow into a better job. I will say that there seems to be little management or management support at this location. I have been coming here for years and hope they improve so we an continue coming back.

I visit the subway location on Hacienda and maplegrove, in La puente , Ca. to purchase a tuna sandwich. The employee ask me what I wanted I said a foot long tuna, after she put the tuna and AmerIca cheese she ask if I wanted it toasted, I said yes. After the Sandwich was completed and ready to pay for it she told me that I would need to pay for the toast option. i explain that I have never been charge for toasting the sandwich at any other subway location. I spoke with the owner that it would be nice if his employee would inform the customer about the toast fee, he said that his employee can not accommodate that, meaning his employee can not inform every customer what fees maybe charge until they are ready to pay. I told him that is not customer friendly he said again he can not accommodate that customer friendly option. I am posting this because It is the principal of customer being told of any additional fees before moving forward with any service. Beware owner does not care of customer service just his pocket full of money.

If I could I would give this place a zero so unpleasant and disgusting. Workers rushing to make your sandwich sloppy also making other people sandwiches at the same time as mine i asked for no olives or cheese but yet they still put it the lady Rebecca was picking it of and they were super soggy. Dont even waste your money here go somewhere else. They put fake people to call you when asking for the manager but can't even look at there camera because I bet they don't even work. ?

Placed an orxer online was supposed to be ready at 9:10am we were told to wait 5 min for our order. We cancelled our order due to the fact that we waited until almost 9:30 and food wasnt ready. This was meant to be for our lunch for work. Never coming here again its not the first time my online order isn't ready.
