Worker was nice and our desserts were refreshing. I love the cute atmosphere of the place. It was clean and there was a big orange tree and a mummy mouse by the register. It was a nice pit stop for dessert.
Wish they could do better presentation for a $10 order at Saturday afternoon when we were the only customers in the store.
I’ve been to this place over three times in the last quarter this year. They seem to run out of taro or boba or something. Not going back to waste my time anymore.
This atmosphere is lively, and the cane sugar no.3 is so good! I like how you can customize the cane sugar no.4 to what you would like.
I highly recommend this place because the cane sugar no.3 is super good!
Honestly, I couldn’t really say much about the atmosphere yet, I have never been inside the store. My orders were via delivery but from experience it’s the best, excellent and tasty Taro boba drink I’ve ever had. It’s so hard to a very good Taro drink these days using fresh Taro, I love ❤️❤️❤️ House Taro Yuan the best!! Please keep up the great work and never change your ingredients, you are the best and my favorite of all!! I’ll be sure to stop by and experience the taste of the atmosphere being inside your store!!

one of the WORST boba shops i’ve experienced, avoid at all costs. there’s so many good ones in the area with GOOD SERVICE
drinks:
- tangerine green tea 50% sweet: 2/10
way too sweet, would NOT recommend; it has a sweetened tangerine peel honey type thing at the bottom and they add sweetener ON TOP of that
- oolong boba milk tea 70% sweet: 4/10
the milk tea itself is mid, just very basic but the boba is ROCK HARD and could potentially cause choking hazards
service: 0/10
as if the drinks weren’t disappointing enough on its own.. the SERVICE was even WORSE……
i went back in to ask the employees there asking if they had forgotten to reduce the sugar content in the tangerine drink to 50% as it was sweeter than the oolong milk tea with 70% sugar; the employee very unkindly explained they add sweeteners on top of the already sweet drink and when I asked if they could dilute it for me or to remake it, they refused which was so rude considering it was a $8 drink.. just walk across to sunright or 3cat this place isn’t worth ur time or money

We ordered two variations of taro drinks, thinking that they'd be phenomenal given that the store name has "taro" in it. The drinks were $6.50 ea + tax. We weren't impressed at all. They were too icey and bland. The ordering system is neat, and the place is clean, but we won't be returning.

Had their mochi taiyaki in the past and loved it. Came back to order 9 of them for friends to try (variety of flavors except peanut butter) and was disappointed to find that all of them were pale, undercooked, limp and stuck to the wrappers. It was difficult to distinguish the difference between the texture of the filling and the mochi breading. They were not enjoyable to eat so we ended up just tossing them out. There was only one other customer in the store at this time so I can't see a reason why they weren't cooked for longer.

Rude service of a waitress saying “oh my god” at your back when you asked her the food’s ETA.

Their taiyaki isn't as good as Somisomi's, but their taro desserts are a lot better than MeetFresh's. They serve delicious taro mash and taro balls! You could really taste quality!Edit:I don't know what happened today. The taro balls were really tough. The taro mash wasn't as creamy as it used to be, instead it's dense and clumpy and doesn't taste fresh... very hard to spread apart...I've worked in a dessert shop before, and usually leftover toppings that they put back in the fridge for 3ish days would harden and would taste like this.....The pink-haired/ blonde-haired Asian girl always has a nonchalant attitude. Very rude and impatient toward customers and would drop stuff on the table passive-aggressively when we asked for them. Smh. Time to find another go-to dessert place.

We ordered a custard and a taro taiyaki ($2.75 each) with a Taro Yuan House Special and a light roasted oolong half sweet (via kiosk). We thought the taiyakis didn't have enough filling, it felt like it was only a small dollop of taro and custard and the other half just air/mochi skin. But the small portion of filling we did get was tasty though. The filling wasn't too sweet, but flavorful. I was just a bit bummed that I paid almost $3 for taiyakis that didn't have enough filling. For the drinks we ordered, the flavors were great, I loved the strong tea profile from the roasted oolong. The house special was also really tasty too, was actually my favorite, but it was a little too rich for me since it's a dairy drink. But the taro used was so delicious, not too sweet, but had a really solid flavor.
