Honestly, I couldn’t really say much about the atmosphere yet, I have never been inside the store. My orders were via delivery but from experience it’s the best, excellent and tasty Taro boba drink I’ve ever had. We ordered two variations of taro drinks, thinking that they'd be phenomenal given that the store name has "taro" in it. The drinks were $6.50 ea + tax. We weren't impressed at all. They were too icey and bland. The ordering system is neat, and the place is clean, but we won't be returning.
We ordered a custard and a taro taiyaki ($2.75 each) with a Taro Yuan House Special and a light roasted oolong half sweet (via kiosk).We thought the taiyakis didn't have enough filling, it felt like it was only a small dollop of taro and custard and the other half just air/mochi skin. But the small portion of filling we did get was tasty though. The filling wasn't too sweet, but flavorful. I was just a bit bummed that I paid almost $3 for taiyakis that didn't have...
