Sunright Tea Studio - Rowland Heights

Came here one afternoon and the line was literally out the door. I hopped on the website and placed an order online hoping that would speed things up since my order would be in much sooner than waiting for the 15 people in front of me to order. I go inside and wait for my name to be called. Slowly the crowd dwindles. The line to order has now reduced to zero. Other people are coming in to pick up their online orders. Still my name is not called. There are only 2 workers making all the drinks and one guy will call out names. After about 20 minutes and the crowd is pretty much reduced to zero the guy asks me if I have a number or an online order. I tell him my online order and my name and he starts looking around everywhere for my drink. He looks at the counter, he goes to the station in the back where the drinks are being made. He looks around and cant find it. As he is walking back towards me, he spots my drink next to the lid sealing machine. Whoever sealed it just left it there and never brought it to the counter to be delivered. He didn't apologize or offer to remake my now warm and melted drink. Pretty poor experience.

Parking: The parking lot is shared with many other businesses and is super packed. The parking lot is poorly maintained with crumbling asphalt.

I didn't like the special menu event but the regular milk tea very much compared to other tea shops. But each has a different taste palette so give it a try and decide for yourself since the price is comparable to other places.

My recent visit to Sunright Tea Studio was a delightful experience. Upon entering, I noticed it was bustling with a lively crowd, eagerly awaiting their boba teas. Being new to this location, I wasn't sure what to choose, but the young man behind the counter was exceptionally helpful. He recommended one of their signature teas, which was prepared astonishingly fast – almost as if by magic! It seemed like it was ready before I could even put my wallet away.

The tea itself was excellent, standing out amongst many I've tried in different tea shops. Not only was the tea shop clean and the service remarkably swift, but the drink was refreshing and satisfying. Their efficiency and customer care impressed me so much that I am already planning my next visit.

The staff, especially the young man who assisted me, was engaging, friendly, and made the entire process effortless and enjoyable. If you're on the lookout for a great tea spot, Sunrite Tea Studio is definitely a place worth visiting right away. Their exceptional service and delicious tea make for a fantastic experience.

I've had this place bookmarked to visit for my trip down the hill and it was certainly worth it! I got the kiwi maple story collaboration tea, which was very good! Tasted exactly like my favorite drink from another tea place very far away in Atwater, CA. Would def reccomend!!! The inside of the store is small and not much to look at, when we were there they took card only, no cash. So keep that in mind.

If you've been to Sunright Tea Studio in Chino, this location is practically the same. You'll find the same consistency across their drinks, service and atmosphere.

There is one minor issue – the location. Parking and traffic can be difficult to navigate, but worth it for a sip of that Grapefruit Jasmine tea ...light ice please! Refreshing.

Got a matcha red bean frostie with oat milk at half sugar and gotta say it is a really tasty drink! Stayed cold for a long time too! (But also it was January). I think the oat milk really compliments the red bean and matcha flavors, but nowadays Ive been lactose intolerant so long the taste of full fat milk is too much for me, too decadent, too fat.

One of my favorite boba shops to go to in California. Wish there was one in Minnesota here.Always enjoy the fruit teas here immensely! Super fresh and not artificial tasting!Good sweetness level at 25% sugar and 50% sugar.Highly recommend for fruit teas.

Okay drinks

This family is not so crowded and moves quickly. I like to drink brown sugar Boba coffee, and replace the milk with Oat milk, which is super delicious.

I had a Hokkaido milk tea and it was really delicious! 10/10 would come here again.
