I recently visited this Wingstop location and had a really disappointing experience. I ordered the all-in bundle, which includes three ranches, but when I got my order, there were no ranches in the bag. When I politely asked about it, the employee responded with unnecessary skepticism, questioning if I had checked my bag and implying I hadn’t bothered to look. Of course, I had checked before coming up to ask.
Then, in a rude tone, he asked, “WHERE IS THE BAG?” as if he didn’t believe me and wanted to check my car himself. This felt insulting, especially after a long shift when I just wanted to enjoy my food. Instead of simply providing the missing ranch, he acted as if I was trying to get something extra for free.
I’ve never had this issue at any other Wingstop location, and it left me so frustrated that I doubt I’ll return to this one. This experience has really tainted my impression of Wingstop, which used to be my favorite spot. I’m kinda sad about this. I hope they can address this kind of service to prevent other customers from feeling the way I did.

Order wings at 4:43pm checked on my order at 5:20pm and was told there still waiting on some wings. At 5:30 PM I get called that my order is ready so I checked my order at the counter and I was missing a full 10pc order then they tried to play it off and said that I had received that order already, at this point I have been waiting close to an hour for wings so I ask for my money back the guy said hold on and left me on the counter waiting, he come back with my order and tell me I know you been waiting so I put 3 more ranch....so my kid where hungry so I said let just eat, but then the fry,potato wedges where hard and under cook so that was trash.

DON’T COME HERE, GO TO THE ONE IN FULLERTON. We’re local and this is the closest Wingstop to us. Each and every time we come here it’s always one thing or another. Wrong items, long wait time even after ordering online and being told it’s ready. Tonight was the final nail in the coffin. Our online order was processed and we’re told wait time was 20-30min. After an hour we’re told that our phone number, order number and name aren’t in the system as an order that was placed. But the charge was made to our bank account. We left without our order and without our money, told to come back 3 days later.
UPDATE: It’s been 3 weeks and we still haven’t received our refund of $60+ after numerous calls to the store and leaving the same information over and over again.

Do not order food from this location. I ordered boneless lemon pepper wings and they were swimming in oil. I called to correct the problem and the person in charge by the name of Brenda refused to issue a credit or replace the meal. She was pretty much calling me a liar and wanted the proof. Mind you I live about 40 minutes from the location. Horrible service.

I got a take out order of 10 boneless wings, they were more of the size of chicken nuggets, 5 of the wings didn't even have the sauce I got them with so they really were like nuggets. Sad to say the best part were the fires.

This place has absolutely one of the worst soda dispensers in the country. The newly revolutionary technology machine has been becoming a joke in recent years. First off, the soda has no fizz or gas in it whatsoever. All the sodas are not kept within a cool temperature, which makes it really unenjoyable to drink even if you're drinking it with ice. It was so bad that I had to throw my drink away without even finishing it. Absolutely the worst place to buy beverages. The food was OK, at least.

I love Wingstop's wings especially their variety of flavors offered. The only downside...and pretty much like all Wingstops, the service is slow and quality depends on who's working that day. You get pretty much what THEY want to give you and after 1hour wait you don't care you'll sadly eat it since your order is wrong.
Placed an online order for pick up at 4PM and it said my that it would be ready in 15-20 min. I decided to run some errands while I wait for my order. I end up stopping by the store an hour later to pick up my order and they JUST started to work on the food. First guy told me it was gonna take 10 min but 30 min later, I try to follow up on the order. Another guy tells me that my order will be finished when they call my name. I ask for a general time estimate seeing as this order was places over an hour ago and it told me a 20 min pick up. All he told me was, "they'll call you." Worst wingstop location hands down.

Manager was very demanding and disrespectful to his employees and disrespectful to my family as well. Everybody was ok except the manager. He has an extreme power trip and we will not be stopping by this wingstop ever again. It is very unfortunate that one person can destroy a business and give my family and I a very bad experience.

Don't order from here I placed an order online for pick up but when I went to pick up the order I was told my food was picked up by an uber delivery driver. I than questioned how is that possible if I ordered for pick up. They were super rude and told me to call uber customer service. My card ended getting charged and I left with no food, also uber didn't want to issue a refund because it was the restaurant fault for giving the order to a driver. I spoke to the manager and she was super rude as if she was having a bad day or maybe she hates her job. I will never come back to this location as you can see there already rated 2 stars.
