21 Choices Frozen Yogurt

I had not been to 21 choices in forever, but I went about a week ago and I had an amazing experience! Staff was very friendly ! I was surprised at how they had so many options to choose from regarding frozen yogurt and toppings. I ordered and my order was ready within minutes and it was sooo yummy!

I’ve walked out of this place twice now. Both times the customer service was lacking badly. The first time, my husband and I were the only people in the place and the two girls working there literally didn’t acknowledge us standing there in line for at least 10 minutes or longer but they were busy chit chatting with each other. So we walked out.
The second time, we stood in line forever only for them to mistake our order several times and then to tell us they were out of that. And that. And then that. And that too. So we walked out. Bad service and bo flavors available. They should’ve at least scratched them off the menu or mentioned it to new customers coming in.
The location isn’t great and there’s nowhere to sit and the place isn’t clean either. Definitely needs new staff or training for sure.

Really interesting way to get frozen yogurt. They took regular frozen yogurt and cold stone-ified it. I love it!

Normally 21 choices is super delicious and never had disappointed before. Unfortunately I’m assuming it’s just this location but they are out of SO many ingredients and instead of telling you they’re out of something they just double up on the other topping instead of asking, it ruined the yogurt entirely. I realize this sounds annoying but for the price I should be able to be asked before getting an entire mouth full of pretzel pieces and nothing else. These employees were way under staffed, they were set up for failure , however they definitely should have warned us about being out of major components of the yogurt combo.

I came there twice, and they were out of pretty much all of their frozen yogurts. Go to the one in Claremont village because they actually care about restocking.

Wanted to get a quick little refresher after completing the Claremont loop . Stumbled upon this place - very interesting it’s like cold stone but with frozen yogurt - they mix in all your little toppings ! . We just ordered a plain tart can’t go wrong with the tart . It’s not as tarty as other tarts like yogurtland and pink berry but still good !

It's not a place to go for the atmosphere. Unless of course parking lots are your thing. Very limited indoor seating. It's a process to prepare your order, so be willing to spend a good amount of time here. I had the root beer float, which was tasty. For a scoop of ice-cream and half can of soda, it will run you around $7 not including a tip.

Good froyo, tasty mix-ins. Frequently very busy. Also frequently missing ingredients. Usually there are food substitutes but not always.

Best froyo I’ve ever had

Try the salty sailor or the rich uncle Joe!

Refused to serve us at 9:45 and they close at 10.
