Came in on Mother's Day for a cake pick up and it was very busy. There was only one employee and she had such a positive attitude. My order was not ready but they went out of their way to ensure I received it. Thank you to the employee working in the store and the one who called me to ensure I received my order.

I bought this from their ready fridge. Packaging said it was chocolate ice cream with vanilla cake even upon asking the cashier he confirmed. Frosting was pink, inside ice cream was mint, and cake chocolate. Totally wrong!! I’m mad I didn’t ask for receipt to return this I felt I didn’t need to worry. The packaging could have been switched because it wasn’t selling so be careful!! 😡

This Baskin Robbins carries the same high quality of taste and service as every other Baskin Robbins. We had the coffee ice cream and Oreo sundae, and they were great!! The sundae was very heavy and took 2 days and 2 people to finish, but it was very tasty!! Loved it!!

The girl serving didn’t wear gloves and touched the ice cream with her hands. gross. unclean. won’t be going back. would recommend the la vern location

Ordered a birthday cake with flowers and the flowers were unedible, the cake was half melted and not very pretty at all. They use such a thick gel to write with that you can barely read what it says.

Very busy store. Store small. Had lots of flavors, Pints of frozen ice cream and beautifully decorated ice cream cakes. I go for the dairy free. Lemon sorbet..dairy free is absolutely delicious. I, wish more Baskin Robbin stores have that.
