I guess I am in agreement with what appears to be a growing number of other dissatisfied customers. I went there to get some ice cream, for the first time ever. They have numerous flavors that sound and look to be good. However, when I asked to taste one flavor I was denied any taste. Every kindly explained that I have never been here and just want to see which flavors I want. The kid behind the counter was friendly and apologetic about it, which is why it wasn't a lower star rating. But, I have never been to an ice cream shop ever, anywhere, which would deny a taste. It makes it look like the owners are operating in scarcity mode, or simply don't care about their customers. I wish I could review the products but I opted to vote with my money and not buy anything from here. It may be good ice cream but they demonstrated very bad business practices.

Best Ice Cream ever! The home made ice cream draws you in with classic creations like abba-zaba, peanut butter & dark chocolate, and chocolate chip cookie dough, but the zesty coffee drinks and old timey candy will make you want to stay and enjoy the atmosphere. Apothecary glasses filled with jelly beans brighten up the mood with classic candy cigarettes, wax lips and mustaches and even the old standby by Necco Waffers which are almost impossible to find these days. I recommend an Ice Cream Sampler to try an assortment of delicious flavors and I had to take a pint home, along with a caramel apple, a rice crispy treat and a brownie. This must be where sweet tooth’s go when they die. Absolute heaven. The service is wonderful and kind and the place is nice a clean.

I use to love this place , the ice cream is so delicious and the environment its like being at home , but unfortunately the bad customer service i received by nayeli was enough to make me not go back to this place , rude 😢 at this point I would rather settle with baskin robins

They don’t do samples. Got an ice cream and it wasn’t that great. I told the lady behind the counter did not want anything too chocolate-y yet that’s all she recommended. Got a flavor and feel like I wasted my money. Kind of sad. This would have been avoided if I were allowed to try before I buy. Two stars. Even Baskin-Robbins allows this type of services. It comes off rather cheap.

I love love, and I love coming here, but unfortunately, this time around, I was ripped off. My cone go and behold had no ice-cream :( After a few bites, my cone broke open, and there was no ice cream.

Saturday May 10, 2025 at 9:59:26 seconds. Was told they were closed and no more orders would be taken. The hottest day of the year so far and a family of 3 that eats in the village often. Family in front of us merely 3 seconds ahead were welcome. Good job! Lost us for good.

Just visited with my wife and got 2 of the smallest scoops I've ever seen. Not worth the time or money. We felt cheated 😔.
