Terrible. The place has a B rating. Unfortunately, we didn’t notice until we were almost done eating but I can see why. It’s dirty, there was no lemonade or coke, no Cesar salads, bathroom smelled horrible. This place has really gone down. Oh, and the pizza was burnt on the bottom but soft and chewy on top.

The pizza was great but there was no toilet paper or paper towels in the restroom (they were filthy, too), no forks or knives out, no ice in the machine, half of the lightbulbs are burnt out, and there is literally exposed electrical components above the booth seating where someone broke a lamp off of the wall.

When Blaze in Claremont first opened, it was great. No issues. Had an A rating, now it has a B rating. But besides that as of late the service has been horrible. It's like the workers don't take any pride in their work and they seem bothered that the have to work. Blaze in Claremont has really gone downhill. Really sad about that.

We placed our order for pizza. We specifically asked for our pizzas not to be burned. They were burned. Thirty dollars for inedible pizza. We had to call back several times to try to get a resolution with a very poor response. Waste of time and money.

I've visited this Blaze twice. The pizza was delicious. We had flatbread pizza with broccoli, spinach, and pepperoni. They make their pizzas crispy, but not burnt.
Most of the staff was approachable and professional, with the exception of one employee who seemed irritated and came off as rude. She was very abrupt in her questions and raised her voice inappropriately at my friend and I when we couldn't hear her the first time. I didn't say anything about it, thinking she was just having a bad day. I came back today for the same order only to find her there again and the same tense environment from last time. I get people have bad days, but this demeanor is off-putting and makes me not want to return again. Had it not been for her, I would've given it a 5 star rating. I'm sorry for the rest of the staff.
To management: I didn't catch her name, but I have a picture. I'd be more than happy to send it your way.

The staff here are very unprofessional, disrespectful and in violation of several health and safety codes ,all the employees working sunday night 1/5/25 should have there food handlers cards revoked......
