So disappointed in this location. They had at least 3-4 employees we could see when we got in line. No one else in line. There were 3 of us and my friend and her son were ahead of me. I was right behind them and waited about ten minutes. My friends paid and I was waiting to order. I ordered the thick crust with light sauce, cheese, and pepperoni. As I checked out I saw a sign for cinnamon bread and decided to try it. Big mistake! My order came to almost $25. I sat with my friend and they got their. Just as they finished eating, my food came! But only my pizza! They forgot to make my cinnamon bread. I hurried to try and eat a few bites so everyone could leave as we were on a time limit and couldn’t be late. My cinnamon bread finally came as I hurried to pack up almost an entire pizza with a few bites eaten. It was also slightly burnt. I think that’s why it took much longer. Keep in mind no one else was in the restaurant. I do understand they have mobile orders. But they saw us 3 together and waited a long time from when my friends ordered to when they finally took my order!! We had to go so I grabbed two pieces of the cinnamon bread to eat while leaving and it was so doughy and undercooked I had to spit it out. See photos. It is not worth the price and the length of wait time and missing being able to even really eat and to eat with who I came with when they made this many mistakes. I’m a single mom on one income and just wasted $24.92. I’ve been here before and while the wait time then was a bit much it wasn’t this bad but it is definitely getting worse at Blaze and unsure why. I used to love their food. I don’t like the burnt taste. Also they did not tell me that thick crust cost $2.99 more. It is a hidden fee! When you look at the menu it just states to pick your crust and lists 4 types I believe but no $$ amount listed under any of them! Hidden fees aren’t okay. They could’ve said it’s $2.99 extra is that okay. So beyond frustrated.

Mobile orders are pointless, last few times I'd give about 40 minutes and the pizzas were still not done. My order before last, they forgot an entire pizza and I had to wait for it. Not a big deal. But this last order, didn't put any of my toppings I requested, and I still had to wait an extra 15 minutes, when my pizza was estimated to be done 15 minutes before that. Either the app is bad at estimating or someone is messing up.
Perhaps management needs to boost morale or give employees incentive or treat them better, nobody looks like they enjoy it there.

Noticed employees touching surfaces where the pizza goes onto with their bare hands which doesn’t seem very sanitary. Also ordered some pizza for pick up I arrived around 30 minutes after the order was placed and the employees were barely making my order. The store was practically empty as well with only one family eating there at the moment. Wasted my time and was not happy.

Terrible. The place has a B rating. Unfortunately, we didn’t notice until we were almost done eating but I can see why. It’s dirty, there was no lemonade or coke, no Cesar salads, bathroom smelled horrible. This place has really gone down. Oh, and the pizza was burnt on the bottom but soft and chewy on top.

The pizza was great but there was no toilet paper or paper towels in the restroom (they were filthy, too), no forks or knives out, no ice in the machine, half of the lightbulbs are burnt out, and there is literally exposed electrical components above the booth seating where someone broke a lamp off of the wall.

When Blaze in Claremont first opened, it was great. No issues. Had an A rating, now it has a B rating. But besides that as of late the service has been horrible. It's like the workers don't take any pride in their work and they seem bothered that the have to work. Blaze in Claremont has really gone downhill. Really sad about that.
