Buca di Beppo Italian Restaurant

We had a large party and the service was excellent! Great food recommendations and quick service. The ambiance in the back “party” room was a little lacking- especially considering the rest of the restaurant, but it was clean and we had a great time.

It was all a good experience considering I have never been there and was nervous about the 3.8 on yelp and seeing a B on the front door from the health department as I entered the restaurant. I could have done without all the distractions on the walls so I was beginning to get dizzy and turned around as I was leaving the restaurant with my group.

Chicken Marsala was great, as always. Service was pretty good, though not quite up to the usual. Very noisy this time.

Great experience my daughter had a wonderful time for her birthday service was awesome. No complaints.

I used to really enjoy the place and the food! Not anymore! The food is so Overpriced and Not Good! We still have Heartburn from the terrible food! We will Never go back again! What a total disappointment

This restaurant is the best in my opinion, the staff is friendly and helpful, the food is absolutely delicious and the drinks are good, the prices are reasonable for the amount of food that you're getting. The environment is great

We had a lovely dinner here last night. Food was good, Service (Elizabeth) was excellent! I would like to see the smaller dishes offered for dinner for 2.

Our server was Sam, he went above and beyond, his level Of service was impeccable. Our food was brought to us promptly, piping hot. We ordered the pork shank and spicy sausage stuffed shells! Wow!!!! Definitely recommend !

Great food never disappoint you can't go wrong with anything you order service is great, highly recommend the Clairmont location ca .

Our server, Sam was outstanding! He helped not only with ordering our meal, but with the celebration of our niece's birthday as well. He was extremely kind and professional throughout our dining experience.

Was a great feast as usual, new server tried his best. They let a few things slip but that's to be expected, they'll get better. -Food was great and portions were their usual gigantic sizes. -Drinks were good and strong. Overall good experience at Bucca 👍🏻

Our server Savannah was great! She took excellent care of our table and made sure to check often if there was anything we needed. The food was good, but disappointed I could now order the pork shanks, as they had run out for the rest of the day.

The food was just not what we normally expect from Buca. The noodles were undercooked.The flavor profile was off. It was either overseasoned or under seasoned.It just wasn't a good food experience. The service was terrible.The waiter managed to fill everybody's drinks on the table with the exception of one. A drink was spilled on our table , which he was well aware of because he provided napkins to clean it up with , but he never came back to give us another drink to replace the one that was spilled. Once he had a larger table to take care of, we were then neglected , which was rather disappointing. The two tables , one in front and one behind us that had previous customers that had left, sat unbussed for the entirety of our dinner , and that was unpleasant. Finally, for the food that was provided in the state that it was served, the price was exorbitant. We expected higher prices because it was Christmas, but we also expect the service and the food to match the prices and that was not the case , unfortunately, it was just a very disappointing experience , and we will look for other options in the future.

We had an absolutely incredible experience for our family Christmas celebration! Everyone on staff was so accommodating for our large party of 18 & especially kind, friendly, festive & fun! We had people coming from as far north as Ventura & as far south as San Diego, & given the rainstorm, we were concerned some would be late & frazzled from the challenging driving. But everyone was able to arrive on-time & as soon as we did each & every team member of the staff were so great, they made us forget all about the weather & driving!! We want to give an exceptional appreciative shout out to our amazing waiter, Charles aka "Chuck" & Ms Savannah (sp?) behind the bar! They both exceeded our expectations & made it an unforgettable wonderful Christmas for us all! Thank you!
