is it possible to wear a mask while serving ? the saliva might go to the food while these guys talk to the customer but im pretty sure their clean. Not just them though I also see subway dont wear mask too

When me and my mom were eating she found a piece of glove in her meal and when we called they wouldn’t help us, when we tried to send in a email they said the file was too big. Very unprofessional, very unclean, and just very disappointing. To top all of this there was only 1 person working so it took a while.

They let the food bins go empty or almost empty before they decided to cook more meat. The service was slow but nice. The radio was on so high I could barely hear the soft spoken women server. The establishment was maybe 70 degrees. So freezing.

found a spider in my salad bowl , showed staff and they were originally only going to only refund one/two of the bowls when it came out of the same salad container. Didn’t even offer to refund my chips and drink either. Worst chipotle i’ve been too and ruined my appetite.

Foundd a piece of raw chicken in the bowl when my gf had finished over a half of it. Almost threw up

Guac tasted off

The food was great, but the short latina manager with glasses was always on her phone and being rude to the cook staff.
Would go to a different chipotle unless you want your appetite spoiled

This chipotle is the best! Always super reliable, the service is always great, and the workers do not skimp! As a chipotle lover, this location is the definition of a GOOD chipotle meal ❤️❤️❤️
