Rushed my order for no reason and tried to gaslight me into saying I did not specify about claiming the chips and queso reward, when I did say that AND, for lack of a better word, "shoved" my phone into their face 5 times with the chips and queso reward. Not only that, I also scanned it and the cashier ignored it after I said "claiming a reward."

6 workers and all of them are talking in between each other , followed with very small portions. Never had this issue at any other chipotle will not be going back

I checked with Pepper Chat and online threads as well before going in to use a physical free entree card at this location and the lady that spoke with me when I got there told me she would charge for the extras outside of the normal entree after looking at the card. I did not order any food yet and told them I would try another location. As I turned around to leave, the same lady at the register tried to reinforce the ’fact’ that every other Chipotle location would have the same result with me being billed extra for more protein, etc. I went to ANOTHER location that was actually willing to try to utilize the entree card on my order and it went through as $0 after scanning the QR code. I guess not all Chipotles work like this special one ?

RUDE RUDE STAFF!!! I never look at reviews for chains but I wish I did when my son asked which store should he order from and I chose this one! Never again. Two stars for this store is accurate after my experience today. My son placed an order online and added my name for pick up. When I got there, this girl tried everything to ignore me because she had a line. Typically they put the online orders on the side but today they were behind the counter, so it caused me to stand on the side and wait for someone to address me. I finally got her attention, and told her the order would be under my name or my son's name Derrick. She grabbed an order that had my son's first name but it wasn't his last name and I didn't realize it until after I grabbed it.. I walked back and told her this wasn't my order and she said that was all she had. She then proceeded to tell me that I probably ordered at a different store with all the attitude, even if I did she was so rude. She again said we don't have it and walked away. Now I understand she had a line, but she also was not trying to help me at all. She kept repeating we don't have it, it's not here, causing me to create an issue. There was no problem solving or solution, she was rude the moment I stepped in there. She again tried everything in her power to avoid me as I was pulling up the online receipt and store address. She would not come look at it as I am showing her from a distance I have the correct store and she just kept saying we don't have it. So finally, the gentleman working on the online orders comes over and he starts telling me we don't have it and I'm asking him, What am I supposed to do? The woman employee continues to roll her eyes at me and give me the dirtiest looks as she's helping others when I am a paying Customer also trying to find out what's going on. She was so rude and the gentleman that was helping me eventually when I asked him if I need to call corporate or talk to a manager how can we resolve the problem? He asked me if I can wait 10 minutes and I did. A woman came in the store, assuming the manager and the gentleman explain to her what was going on well, I can see the girl that was rude to me talking about me as she was the whole entire time. It was as if she had a plan not to help me at all, I didn't understand what the issue was when I was just trying to solve the issue because I ordered from your establishment I came to pick it up, I have proof that I ordered from you, so what do we do from here? I wasn't asking for any compensation, I was asking for help. So back to the I'm assuming manager who came in she asked the name and she found it right away in the system. So for 30 minutes that employee humiliated me, was rude to me, talked about me, and didn't want to help me with the order was there the whole time in the system and it was never made. The gentleman who then was shocked that my order was in there made the bowl, came out and apologized. I posted a picture of the girl who didn't want to help me because they don't wear name tags and I didn't wanna ask for names because I didn't want the situation to escalate in the store as I was really upset already and I understand that they are employees, and they have a job to do. It didn't need to evolve into a bad situation. I will never go to this location again. This girl needs to be trained on customer service, how to work under pressure and how to handle situations and problem solve. I've worked the food and hospitality industry for years and this is NEVER okay and I know these were NOT chipotle standards. She needs to roll her eyes back into her employee handbook.

Overall my experience at this location was okay. The customer service was great with 1 of the 3 employees I interacted with. The 1 was very professional, courteous, and customer oriented. I did not want my review with her to change because of the others. The food was delicious, expensive, but good. The ambience of this location is very nice and clean.

Gave me the wrong change, they can not count. And never have rice ready. Also the short girl with HEAVEY acne is really rude. Get another job please.

Ordered a Carne asada bowl on the website it says it'll be ready at 5pm when I went there the employees were lacking taking their time on anything, I wasn't greeted or been helped. It took 15 minutes after the promised time. Worst location.

Came in on my lunch from work, showed my badge and the manager Laura stated that I cannot impersonate a government employee? I showed my badge, why would she assume I'm impersonating someone who works for the government?? She proceeded to say she would call the police on me because I was lying. I showed her my government issued badge! She was rude and unprofessional. I would never return here nor would I tell others to visit this location.

To start off I walked into the chipotle, the store wasn't too busy but unfortunately there was no greeting. Instead I was glared at by the manager as a coworker worked on a order ahead of mine. The coworker finished the other order and shifted his focus to me and kindly greeted me. My order was handled very well by the co worker up until I asked for guacamole he scooped some on but not to the mangers standards. The manager snatched the burrito away from the coworker even though I wasn't done with my order, I understand the frustration but it was at my expense I didn't get to complete my order. After that I did ask for a bowl the manager spoke in a harsh tone as if I insulted her by asking and remarked that I'd be charged for the tortilla. We argued a little about it and in hindsight I kind of understand why it would cost a little extra but her attitude throughout my experience was inexcusable. This happened on September 9th 2023 at 8:07pm.
