The serves was very attentive and deserves a 5 star, (i didn’t catch his name but shout out to him), but the place itself and some of their staff can use some improvement. It wasn’t a bad experience overall, but it felt a bit unsafe with people just loitering outside with no security on site. Also, some of the staff can use a bit more training on hospitality. Some of the attentiveness felt a bit fake at times and forced.

I’m not sure whose job it is to make sure there’s cutlery and condiments, but I recently received an order delivered by door dash and there was no cutlery, nor condiments. I’m not sure why this keeps happening especially when it’s on the receipt that I asked for these items. If you’re sick or indisposed, it’s better to pick up your items in person. Very tired of this happening.

I highly recommend this establishment as soon as I walked in I was greeted and seated by the manager Kathleen she kindly offered me a drink and through out gave me an excellent service her kindness and Sincerity made me feel welcomed and want to come back again in the near future
Ok this is what i always say ...don't rate a business on just one-time experience or even worse on "Holy Days" ..why?, because it might be that on that, specific ,day they were shorthanded, so let's start by giving businesses at least 3 tries and if on those 3 times you experience the same worse treatment then rated as you pleased 😉
