Beer was decent, waitress was nice. But the guac was relatively tasteless and bland. Chicken sandwich seemed frozen with very generic sauce on top. Fries also seemed frozen.
Maybe stick to Mexican food here only?

Used to love this place. Went this week, and they had one server for way too many tables. It was hot and muggy in the restaurant... but all that could have been ignored had the food been good. We ordered Espiaus salads, which consisted of a tiny bowl of iceberg lettuce, cheese, and a spoonful of small dry chunks of chicken for $15!!! Definitely won't be going back.

A small roach was crawling up my shirt. I didn’t expect that while enjoying the chips and salsa which was greatly delicious. I started looking around for more roaches but didn’t see any. I would like to dine here again but the dreadful vision is still in my head. I did realize the place needs to be spruced up. Until then there’s likely more of these critters roaming around. Now the food was great and service excellent too. What a shame about the lingering vision.

LOVE this place! Whenever, I am in town, I eat there every night! The bean tostada is the best I have ever had!!! Their salad is as well! Obviously one of my favorite places.

On google. Com and on the front door indicating Espiau's was open until 6pm on Sundays . ON JUNE 6,2024 we sat down the waiter mentioned they were closing at 4pm. I responded Google. Com and the front door says 6pm.the waiter mentioned yelp .i responded i dont have yelp. I was ashamed of the service and the quality of our meals. Our server refilled our drinks once. The time he returned to the table asking how's everything. He left the check at the table.
