Used to love this place. Went this week, and they had one server for way too many tables. It was hot and muggy in the restaurant... but all that could have been ignored had the food been good. We ordered Espiaus salads, which consisted of a tiny bowl of iceberg lettuce, cheese, and a spoonful of small dry chunks of chicken for $15!!! Definitely won't be going back.
A small roach was crawling up my shirt. I didn’t expect that while enjoying the chips and salsa which was greatly delicious. I started looking around for more roaches but didn’t see any. I would like to dine here again but the dreadful vision is still in my head. I did realize the place needs to be spruced up. Until then there’s likely more of these critters roaming around.
Now the food was great and service excellent too. What a shame about the lingering vision.
