The ratatouille omelette is a must try!

Strip mall plaza restaurant. Great casual atmosphere for sit down meal with small party. Order and pay at counter; meal served to your table. Indoor and outdoor seating. Only complaint was that Fettuccine Alfredo was too saucy, just drowning.

Great lattes and scones. Perfect place to go after a hard bike ride at Marshall canyon.

Met a high school friend here. I used to live up the street and this was a nice place to meet!

I stopped by Euro Café in Claremont for brunch, and it completely exceeded my expectations. I ordered the linguiça omelette, and wow — it was perfection. The omelette was fluffy and full of flavor, with just the right balance of smoky sausage and melty cheese, and the seasoned potatoes on the side were crispy and golden. Paired with a fresh mimosa, it was the kind of meal that instantly puts you in a good mood.

And then there was the butterscotch cake — easily one of the best desserts I’ve had in a long time. Moist, rich, and beautifully balanced between sweet and buttery, it was the perfect finish to the meal.

The vibe here is warm and inviting, with friendly staff and a relaxed European café atmosphere that makes you want to linger over your drink. Whether you’re grabbing a solo brunch or catching up with friends, Euro Café hits all the right notes.

Can’t wait to come back and try more from the menu — this place is a true Claremont gem!

What a gem! While traveling, I love discovering local spots, and Euro Cafe did not disappoint. The Linguica omelet was hearty and delicious, but my eyes got the best of me, so I also tried the Euro breakfast—wow! A friendly regular stopped by our table to rave about the Pão de Deus, a weekend-only treat that sells out fast. Luckily, I snagged one, and it was divine! Euro Cafe is a must-visit, and I’ll definitely be back if I’m in the area. Pro tip: my eyes were bigger than my stomach, so I’ve got some goodies for my early flight tomorrow!

My food was dried out...the sour dough toast was so tough I could not chew it and had to tear it to eat it. Otherwise things were ok.

This place is kind of a diamond in the rough! You wouldn't expect a cafe like this in a strip mall, but it's awesome. My aunt lives nearby and this is my go-to spot for a bite or a coffee when I visit.

A wonderful little café. It is primarily Portuguese, so you will find dishes you won't find elsewhere. Delicious soups and sandwiches for lunch, tasty crepes with fruit and croissants for breakfast. A real gem.

Euro Cafe – All Hype, No Heart

I wanted to like Euro Cafe. The menu looks great—European flair, promising descriptions, and just enough variety to make you think you’re in for something special. But that illusion disappears fast once the food hits the table.

There’s no love here. No soul. Everything that sounded vibrant on the menu comes out flat, lifeless, and completely forgettable. It’s like they just checked the boxes: toast the bread, warm the chicken, drizzle something vaguely resembling sauce. Done. No depth of flavor, no attention to texture, no sense that anyone in the kitchen actually cares.

This isn’t a café—it’s a diner. At least diners own what they are.

If you’re hungry and nearby, maybe you’ll eat here. But if you’re hoping for a place that delivers warmth, character, or even a memorable bite? Keep walking.
