The spirits and cocktails are truly amazing. Everyone there is incredibly friendly and there are music events on Thursdays that let you listen to live music while you sip your drink. Highly recommend!

My wife Lea and I had a great Saturday afternoon at Evolve. Rena Juliar one of the owners spent time with us explaining all their different drink options while we shared a tasting flight. The space has a great feel and look. We will be back for more.

They distill all their spirits and have multiple award winning liquors like their dark rum, Persephone Rye Whiskey, and coffee liqueur. Live music on most Thursdays and you can also inquire to rent out the space for a private event. Their craft cocktails are super creative and you can do liquor flights. They specialize in distilling rum, whiskey, gin and vodka. My favorite is the Mt. Baldy Gin and Toasted Vodka. Ambient lightening and moody, speakeasy vibes. A real Claremont gem!...
