I'm sorry but service was horrible lady was to busy paying attention to everything esle forget to bring ranch finally got there ordered cornbread never made it to use meat was full of vinegar taste manager was good but service was horrible had to repeat my order many times deviled egg tasted like a refrigerator and was very bad she made sure bill came fast but overall that was the only good thing bc we got to leave

I've been dining at this restaurant for several years, and it used to be one of my favorites. The food was consistently flavorful, well-prepared, and worth coming back for. Sadly, that’s changed.
Lately, the quality of the food has noticeably declined. Dishes that once felt fresh and satisfying now taste uninspired and cheap. It’s as if the kitchen has lowered its standards—ingredients seem less fresh, and the care that used to go into each plate is missing.
To make matters worse, the service has become painfully slow. What used to be a smooth, enjoyable experience now feels like a test of patience. Long waits to order, delays in getting food, and inattentive staff have made recent visits frustrating.
The ambiance is still pleasant, but without good food and prompt service, it’s hard to justify coming back. I truly hope they turn things around and return to the quality and efficiency that made them great.

WE HAVE NOT BEEN TO GUS'S IN YEARS BUT WITH THE FOOD AND THE SERVICE THAT WE HAD WE WILL BE RETURNING MANY TIMES IN THE NEAR FUTURE. WE MADE A RESERVATION AND WAS IMMEDIATELY ESCORTED TO OUR OUTSIDE TABE THAT WE REQUESTED WITH OUR RESERVATION. SERVICE WAS VERY PROMT AND PLEASANT. JUST A MEMORABLE EVENING

We come here about every 5 weeks. Sometimes, more often. Usually, really good service, food, and drinks. Last night, we got seated at 555pm, we waited, and waited. At 615, I approached the desk to let them know we hadn't been waited on. At 620, the server came, and we gave drink, app, and food order. From this point on, the Gus's we knew and are accustomed to was back. The asst manager came by to apologize and comped the app. Last night, I was disappointed in the service, but it did get better, and they did try to make it up. I guess it was just a one-off, and we will be back.

Our family met at Gus BBQ, we had a great experience. David was our waiter and he did an excellent job at making us feel welcome. The food was delicious and the topping...the Dodgers won! It was an hour drive but well worth it.

I recently celebrated my birthday here with a large party of 20, and everything went above and beyond my expectations. It was incredibly easy to make a reservation, even with a large party of 20. Everyone we interacted with was incredibly attentive and made sure we were well taken care of. The food was amazing, and despite the size of our group, the staff handled everything flawlessly.
They were even kind enough to hold our homemade pastries and cakes for us until dessert time! Overall, we had a wonderful lunch/dinner, an amazing birthday celebration, and truly exceptional service. Highly recommend!!
