We had a very enjoyable stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very well kept and the courtyard is very nice with a lot of different seating options. The lounge is small and cozy with a good menu. Parking is across the street in the structure with an overnight pass provided. Rooms are nicely decorated. The room has a nice large tub that's very relaxing. The only downside is there's no private balcony. The big windows/door leads to the main access way for all rooms so if you're bathing or want privacy you have to close all the blinds and the room has no natural light except a small window in the back. Not a deal breaker, just different. The location is perfect and will definitely be staying here again.

The room exceeded our expectations. They’re newly remodeled with black and white finishes, and overlook the courtyard which hosts fire pits and a convenient bar. I highly recommend staying at Casa 425 in the quaint town of Claremont!

I had the pleasure of meeting Romeo. He bent over backwards to ensure I was taken care of. The only hotel experience I had was my interaction with Romeo....I was sold!!! If you have the opportunity visit Romeo and his colleges....you will not be disappointed. This is a top notch establishment with amazing

I generally love to stay at this hotel and try to do so every time I am in town. This stay was very different. Tonight we attempted to watch a movie and the internet on our TV would not allow us to connect. We asked the Front Desk for help. When they came up to help us, we were told that we didn’t pay enough to have our TV connect to the Internet. Despite paying more than $300 a night on an off peak night. This was not advertised, or we certainly would have paid the difference, but this seems like a very antiquated service offering for a hotel of this caliber.

Great little lounge and bar, perfect for appetizers, small drinks, and great cocktails.

Went into the lounge for Happy Hour. Drinks are ridiculously expensive, but well made. Only $2 off house wine or draft beer, no cocktail specials. After very attentive first bartender left, we had to flag down servers. Ordered the happy hour salad and steak—both terrible. Seemed like prepared by someone who has never prepared food before. Salad lackluster and almost no dressing—dry. Steak overcooked and dry. This place could be exquisite, but it’s meh.

Enjoy staying at Four Sisters locations when we can. Have stayed at this property on several other occasions but were quite disappointed this time around. From a refrigerator that did not work in the room, to faucets that were ready to break out of the counter, to the only seating area in the room having a chair missing bolts that made it unuseable/unsafe. Not to mention the overall condition of the room, which has slipped significantly. On top of all that, which is all completely unforgivable already, is the absolutely useless and frustrating TV system that they have. A ridiculous system of having to enter each network via a code privided on a laminated sheet. No channel surfing available. Hard to describe how frustrating this was....so much so that we just turned it off and decided best to not use it at all. Didnt even allow for internet connection that would have allowed us to use apps to stream.Completely unforgivable!!!Everything else was as expected... friendly and helpful staff, etc.Not sure we will be staying at this Four Sisters location again... A shame really because we always enjoyed it previously.

The Packing House is across the street with great vibes and an Eureka burger.Rooms: Luxury deep soaker tub for two! New memory foam beds and lots of pillows.Nearby activities: Everything is walking distance, shooping, food, drinks, and movies.

Nice hotel in the village, polite staff, lovely courtyard. Nice large rooms with comfortable beds, but like many of the other reviews the problem is the doors and windows look out onto the courtyard, which can be busy and not just with hotel guests as it's not closed off from the public. It's kind of a no-brainer that this could be easily solved with a second sheer curtain so that light can filter in yet allow for some privacy. Farily common in hotels where the windows face out, don't know why this has not been addressed yet.
