Order through the app get there totally understandable. They didn’t have the rosemary. Bread asked if I’d like to switch to the regular Bread, which I said yes proceeded to do somebody else’s order first then do mine horrible time management.

It's pretty much run of the mill, in my opinion.
My brother really likes this place, tho.

The restaurant looked clean and well maintained.
Staff was also adequate.

I was looking for a good size Sandwich to feed 3 adult people. I got a giant for $20.
It was a little small for 3 adult people but would be great for 2.

Taste was like everybody else. The one oil pretty much overpowered everything else.

The quality of meat used was not anything fancy.
Quantity of meat was the normal amount that any sandwich shop would put on.

The parking lot outside has some pretty tight spaces. But wide enough isles . There is a lot going on in this complex, so be careful.

My 1st ever jersey Mike's Sandwich. I would go back again if that's what was available. But it would not be my go-to sandwich place.

If a shop can’t get a basic order right, it makes me question how much attention they’re really paying to their customers. Won’t be back.

My Sister and I arrived @ 12p today and they had no tuna made. The gentleman in front of us as well wanted a #10 and was told they ran out, I asked if they could make some because other Jersey Mike's have done that, it just takes more time and prep. I told them we wanted # 10s as well. We were told no, so we walked out. Horrible service, and had no care that they list business.

I wanted to take a moment and point out that this location has consistently done a great job of making their sandwiches celiac friendly. They have knowledgeable and courteous staff that take the time to prepare a gluten free sandwich in a separate area free from cross contamination. They use separate utensils and equipment, including condiments, deli meats, and veggies.

Claremont:I have to say these employees are so patient! Adriana in particular was super patient as my son ordered and listened to him intently. She is a superb employee and has great customer service skills. For me, it is always about how they treat my son and they were great. I will be a returning customer. :)

This place wastes your time. Don't bother placing an order online, they ignore online orders for as long as they can. Our order was marked ready on the online dashboard and we waited for 20 minutes just to get it in our hands

Would give 0 stars if possible... live within walking distance and have given this location multiple chances. However, there is ALWAYS something wrong with my order. Love Jersey Mikes but this location makes them looks HORRIBLE! ***PATRON THIS LOCATION AT YOUR OWN RISK***

Last night, I needed to feed a water polo team after their game. Carley & Adriana were so kind, thorough and efficient in helping me organize this venture from New York, I will definitely call upon them again! It was a great success! Thank you, Ladies!!
