I went in to get a protein açaí bowl, and I was really grateful for Ariana’s patience. I have a banana allergy, so I wanted to request to have that fruit removed. I was so happy that she was able to do that for me, so I can enjoy my bowl! Not a lot of places that I go to do this! Definitely marking this spot to come get by bowls in the future!

This store is much cleaner than the other Juice It Up I would go to before I found this one closer to home. The drinks and bowls are great. Although the pricing is a bit steep. The thing that ruins this store for me is the HORRIBLE customer service that I endure every time I come. I like to come either at the start of my day on my way to work, or on my way back home. There is usually only one employee working when I come so I though that maybe this store is shorter-staffed than the others. Since there is usually only one employee working, it sometimes takes quite a minute for them to just take my order because they are already making orders ahead of me. Wait times just to order can vary, and then you still have to wait for your order to be made. When they do finally get to me, they never smile and they have such an annoyed look on their faces. They look like they hate their lives working here, it makes you not even want to enjoy the drinks. I don't think I have ever once been greeted by the staff, and they always ignore my "thank yous" and "have a good days"... I really think these employees need to be trained a lot better because they are extremely RUDE!!! I'm not sure whether to blame the employees for being incapable of maintaining exceptional customer service, or the manager for allowing their store to run like this.. Either way, I will be going back to the other Juice It Up further away from home, don't bother wasting your patience and money here!!

I have already been to this place 4 times in the mornings and it is clean and I love the juices and smoothies but I think they need to work on customer service the 4 times I have been there this girl who I think is in a bad mood all the time or she just doesn't know Nothing regarding customer service, she is not friendly at all, she does not make eye contact and she is rude.

I've come here to this location a million times so I decide today to stop in again to get my regular order plus a bowl this time.
I asked for the bowl to be made "exactly" how it was made on the menu with nothing different" 5 times.
The minor - she told me she was a minor - cashier gets gets a nasty attitude with me for no reason after I politely explained 5 times that I wanted the bowl EXACTLY!! how it was on the menu.
The other female employee then jumps in to "defend" - that's what she told me "I'm defending her" - her minor coworker.
I never threatened anyone raised my voice & was polite the entire time so why do you need to defend anyone when I'm politely asking for an order?
I asked 5 times "May I please get the bowl exactly how it's presented on the menu? Thank you".
They both begin to get extremely nasty & persnickety for no reason when I only wanted to order "EXACTLY" how the bowl was on the menu.
This has been one of my favorite establishments close to home for quite some time now.
The rude disrespectful young untrained individuals working here have made it clear that customer service is not a priority.
I will NEVER!! spend my money at this establishment again.
I'd rather go out of my way somewhere else so that I never have to deal with this again.
If I could give them 0 stars I would.
It doesn't matter how young you are or if you're a minor that is no excuse to be rude to someone for no reason spending money at an establishment you work for.
These employees have a lot to learn & I hope fast before they begin to cost their employer.
