As a family new to the area, we have been to this location 3 times by different family members and each have experienced missing food in our orders and unfriendly staff. Luckily, we found another McDonald's near by.

This is supposed to be an ice caramel macchiato all I see is caramel and milk. Yes I wanted to let them know but the fact that no one was in the front the “manager” just directed us to order in the kiosk informed him that we were picking up and instead of asking or checking online orders that stated ready on their screen he continued to start on other orders instead of finishing the ones that were there already. Very disappointed on the service in this location.

When in to have breakfast and ordered before breakfast was over waited over 30 min for food then got our food my sons pancakes and sausage didn’t have the sausage when to go say that it didn’t have the sausage got attitude from the girl well breakfast ended I said well I got here before it ended then my coffee was wrong my McGriddle was hard my hash browns was brunt and this young girls with attitude it’s not right If you can’t handle the rush then get out the kitchen

They always take a long time or miss item. Observed male employee picking up stuff off the ground then touching my food. There are always homeless people around with all their bags inside. Its luck if there are no issues. Dissapointing.

Egg fell out my sandwich on the floor. Restrooms were stinky, Didn't give me a straw. After using the restroom my butt had red bumps on it thank you Mc.Donalds. Dad threw up 15 mins later don't know if it was food poisoning though.

17+ mins waiting after being asked to pull into cur side pick up...still waiting rather ridiculous. Last time ill stop at this McDonald's location.
Total took 19 mins and saw about 6 other cars get their food. While ignoring the two other cars who have been waiting.

Got there. Ordered. Four other cars got their stuff. 17 minutes later of waiting. Burgers cold. No nuggets from a meal. Fries were reheated badly. (They looked burnt but we're cold.)
