McDonald’s staff rudely stated app was down & that couldn’t use points, was rushed through out whole order process. I asked for my receipt & was told I couldn’t have a receipt due to machines being down. Felt very suspicious.And on top of that my food was old! Buns on both sandwiches felt like bricks! Smh!! Was too tired to turn around… smh and no receipt!! ???♀️

They're "open 24 hours," but I was told they were "currently closed" by the woman in the drive-thru area at 2:30am just now. No word on when they'd re-open. This was why I chose not to place my order on the app ahead of time - I can't rely on them to follow through.

Just stop here for coffee some mornings. All "input screen" orders only, inside , outside drive thru faster even though the line is long.
So my boyfriend went in to get breakfast, and the lady at the counter told him to use the kiosk if he wanted to order breakfast. This was at 10:51am. As he was ordering, a customer ordered breakfast at the counter, and the same lady helped him. My boyfriend ran out of time and was not able to order breakfast for us. He asked to speak to the manager, but the manager was just some young kid who wasn't any help!! My boyfriend left to go somewhere else. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I will be contacting the district office!!.

I usually get my order very promptly, and always request NO SALT on my French fries, which is to have a complete separate batch of fries made just for me, some McDonald's ignore the request but here I always get my fries fresh!!!! The bag is piping hot, and sometimes I have to wait but it is worth it. If my order is missing an item I always get the best service ever and next visit they make up for it. But, I like to take pics of my recipes for fetch app, and once I asked an employee for my recipte and jokingly when I asked he said "NO...! And he wasn't kidding. I thought it was a joke....... that's the only time something has come up for me at this location.
I hate that u can't order with a human being!!!! Might as well put me on the payroll!!!
