I needed help using the app for points and young girl who works there was so unhelpful she’s like I don’t know how to use it and I can’t help you. She didn’t take my order and luckily the manager walks in and was extremely helpful and I was able to order my drink. Young people of Customer service is not your cup of tea get a job somewhere else.

I am very disappointed! I've give so many chances to this Nekter and wasted a lot of my earned money during lunch and on my weekends to receive poor customer service and poorly made smoothies! Today, I made an online app order at the Nekter Claremont location and as usual greeted without any manners! The young petite women at the front counter looks miserable and poorly trained. Why don't they learn to say hello 1st and love their job? They always look like they are sucking on fresh squeezed lemons. Who is the manager or owner of this place? Like I mentioned, I'm a regular and frequent customer. I leave unsatisfied with customer service all the time. This generation has not learned the basic etiquettes of customer service.
The staff should take some consideration towards being familiar and friendly enough too acknowledge our time and money! To add on, the only person or staff in this shop that has been nice and I was greeted with good customer service in the past occasions was a tall young gentlemen. I don't know his name. However, I do appreciate his service.
Bottom of this, I ordered 2 smoothies and 2 protein waffles. The 1st smoothie has a odd taste of TOO MUCH protein. It tasted all the powder of the protein. To not mention, I was not able too eat all day an actual meal because of how full I was LOL. I'm not coming here again. 1st and foremost, the repeated lack of customer services and poorly made drinks.

this review is for whoever the owner of this location is. it is absolutely not okay to only have 1 person working and running your entire establishment, especially when you also accept online orders. I waited 45 minutes for my order and it is not the employees fault when they are stuck fulfilling all these orders and also supposed to take orders/answer questions and it is not fair to the customers who are paying to keep your business running. if you can't afford to pay more employees maybe you shouldn't be open. I've had great bowls here before but today it was subpar because your employee is stressed out trying to get orders out as fast as possible. as someone who works in the packing house as well, I will definitely not be back and it makes me sad because I want to support my neighbors but I think you lack respect for your employees and lack respect for your customers. I hope your employees quit and find better jobs that are run by someone competent.

I love Nekter! I bought my drink this morning at this location in Claremont and they had 1 girl working. There was 4 customer plus 2 uber eats orders. She seemed very overwhelmed. She would make the drinks at set them in the counter not say what they were. We were all confused as to whose drinks they were. She was unpleasant and seem to not want to be there. I will never go back to this location, I wanted over 20 minuets for my green drink. Unacceptable

Overall okay. The girl appeared to be by herself doing 5 orders (I saw 5 tickets) and barely started working on my online order which I placed well in advance. I came at the time the order should have been completed. Again she appeared to be by herself so it's not her fault my order wasn't ready. She herself was very nice, and my drink was great. The time it took to get my order was the issue. The store should have at least 2 people working the front, for quicker service as well as safety, even if it is Claremont.

I only came here twice but today was terrible 😭 I asked to substitute the vanilla chia pudding with he strawberry jam chia pudding and he checked to see if there was enough. He said okay and all was good until he gave me a cup that was not even full to the half line. He gave me only a little bit to coat the bottom of the cup and thought that was acceptable to give to me when i paid like $7 plus tip man. He could’ve just said he didn’t have enough and asked if I wanted to substitute it but I didn’t want to fight it. I mentioned the price and how much there was supposed to be in there and he just said there wasn’t enough. He ended up putting the rest of the strawberry chia pudding in but it still wasn’t much more. I’ll come here again but I really didn’t like how he treated me as a customer especially thinking that I wouldn’t bat an eye at the price and amount of chia pudding 😓

I got to the location first thing in the morning. They were still setting up for morning service. The young lady was polite and helpful. She made my the items, packaged them for take out with care making sure I had all of the accoutrements. All with a warm smile ?
Preface, I usually go to Nekter in Canyon Crest, Riverside. I was inspired to juice regularly because I enjoyed the juices at Nekter. However, lately since I haven't had time to juice as often I stop by nekter in Claremont for my toxin flush or geenie. The juices that I have ordered online have been the opposite of what I have ordered. This has happened a few times. Not sure what's going on with this location. Never had any issues at Nekter in Canyon Crest.
