I only came here twice but today was terrible š I asked to substitute the vanilla chia pudding with he strawberry jam chia pudding and he checked to see if there was enough. He said okay and all was good until he gave me a cup that was not even full to the half line. He gave me only a little bit to coat the bottom of the cup and thought that was acceptable to give to me when i paid like $7 plus tip man. He couldāve just said he didnāt have enough and asked if I wanted to substitute it but I didnāt want to fight it. I mentioned the price and how much there was supposed to be in there and he just said there wasnāt enough. He ended up putting the rest of the strawberry chia pudding in but it still wasnāt much more. Iāll come here again but I really didnāt like how he treated me as a customer especially thinking that I wouldnāt bat an eye at the price and amount of chia pudding š

I got to the location first thing in the morning. They were still setting up for morning service. The young lady was polite and helpful. She made my the items, packaged them for take out with care making sure I had all of the accoutrements. All with a warm smile ?
Preface, I usually go to Nekter in Canyon Crest, Riverside. I was inspired to juice regularly because I enjoyed the juices at Nekter. However, lately since I haven't had time to juice as often I stop by nekter in Claremont for my toxin flush or geenie. The juices that I have ordered online have been the opposite of what I have ordered. This has happened a few times. Not sure what's going on with this location. Never had any issues at Nekter in Canyon Crest.

Solid spot for fresh juices with no fillers, added sugars etc. I almost always order the Recovery juice and it usually tastes great. The Rancho Cucamonga location is consistent and very good. Unfortunately had a not so great experience at the Claremont location. Only 1 employee there (so extra long wait$ and she didnāt get the recipe right. I donāt know what she did wrong - too much celery? I just know it tasted off.

My juices were deliver without seal and got open and spill , when I requested a refund a manager call me back an agreed on the refund that never happen, they have me calling DoorDash , DoorDash told me they refund nektar and they need to do the refund but when I call back nektar another manager told me that they could not do the refund to contact corp and corp send them a message because they are private franchise as of today nobody contact me so corp honored a store credit instead, donāt use this location obviously they do not take good care of their customers?

Frequent Nekter often and this location is the worst. Two girls working, not a customer in the place but made us wait. The order was incorrect and they added items I didnāt order. Had to give me a cash refund on those items because the POS system was not accepting a refund . Sorry donāt waste your time here. Zero customer service and no sense of urgency to produce the orders.
