Went here on Wednesday and was gonna buy a drink. I had brought my own lunch and sat at a table with my friends and we were all gonna order drinks but wanted to eat first. The man behind the counter said no outside food and we have to get out, we told him we were gonna buy drinks but he ignored us. We went to the tables outside (that are public seating provided by Claremont) and a lady told us we can't sit here and snatch a chair out of my friends hand.

The most calm, tasty, and accommodating cafe in the Claremont village. I have spent countless hours studying at Norema and every single tea is fresh and well-balanced. My favorite teas are the lychee tea, matcha milk tea, angel’s kiss and devil’s kiss teas. If you’re a student, I highly recommend stopping by for a new study spot. Get the gyoza and rice bowls also for a fresh, yummy lunch. I love the owners, they are so welcoming and kind. I can’t recommend visiting enough for a midday break or new relaxing study spot!

cutest little place ever... all the decor is so cozy. the lighting is warm and makes the experience here feel so nice. and my favorite part? they have squishy chairs that you can sit on while you look out the window!!!! the energy and atmosphere of this place is unmatched and unlike anything I've ever experienced before. after hearing they also have one of my comfort foods, I have fallen in love. I ordered the scrambled egg and tomato and rice (or tomato egg rice), which may sound strange to people who have never tried it before. it's a Chinese dish that is super warm and tasty, combining the tangy freshness of the tomato with the fluffy texture and flavor of the eggs. the level of sweetness was perfect and I liked how it was a bit more soupy than the one I make at home!! I felt my soul get warmer with every bite. I also tried the Japanese cheesecake which was super fluffy and rich! I highly recommend coming here, it's a great spot for studying, good food, and good tea drinks!!!
Parking: small number of spots behind the building, limited street spots in front. there is a parking garage that is a bit away.

Very cute place with good vibes. Comfy chairs, great lighting, and it looks like an outdoor space for sunny days. The drinks were not very hot though. Chai latte was ok but lacked some flavor.

They don’t serve espresso but have cold brew coffee, which is yummy but I prefer tea so I will only get tea and vegetable dumplings! ?
