Very bad experience in this Norms Restaurant location. We came here to use the coupon which they send from time to time to members even how far it is to our house. We informed them already about the offer & even showed the coupon sent to my email. So we understood each other. But when we paid, we found out that they charged us full price. Used to work in the area and went to have lunch with a co worker. What a fail we ordered fiesta and regular chicken salad the lettuce on my friends was rusty mine was a fiesta with everything but regular lettuce and the greens were warm and wilted ate the chicken and avocado the rest was tragic.onlything crispy was a piece of French fry in the middle $35 lunch for 2 only thing good was the tea and diet coke. Total fail won't be back
