The coffee was excellent, which is why I gave it two stars. However, the customer service was a major letdown. I visited on March 23, 2025, around 1 p.m., and there was no greeting from the staff—just "What can I get you?" After placing my order, I was given my total without any further interaction. When the customer before me said "thank you," one of the employees stared at him and didn’t respond. I also said "thank you" after receiving my drink, but there was no acknowledgment from anyone. While the coffee was great, the lack of friendly service means I won't be returning.

I highly recommend this coffee shop, been coming here for over a year now and it is because of the employees, atmosphere and people that make this coffee shop special. I recommend 100%

Biker decor notwithstanding they screwed up our order and redid it. Food is pedestrian though it sounds good. Perhaps spartan is the order of the day but it would be nice to feel a little taken care of.

Located near the Claremont Colleges and a short walk from the Doubletree hotel. First, the coffee is excellent and the service is efficient and friendly. Second, the racing theme draws a local crowd of enthusiasts and you often see vintage cars and beautiful motorcycles parked outside.

I visited a few days ago and it wasn't the best experience. The wait time was much longer than usual for it to be slower. The staff were not that pleasant. I've been here before and usually enjoy my coffee. I ordered my usual but this time it was flavorless and watered down. I also asked for it iced but it was actually pretty warm. I'm guessing they didn't take the time to stir it because there was ice in it. I may give it one more shot but this experience was off putting.

This place is for the rider in us all. Coffee to burritos to pastrami sandwiches, there's something for everyone here! Rider friendly, tons of cool moto memorabilia and a great place to chill. The staff is super friendly (and super busy!) and I highly recommend the breakfast burrito with sausage!

Great laid back local spot. Service was fast with no wait time. Food was great with simple menu and selections.

Coffee is delightful. The girls behind the counter are very sweet. The vibe here is very welcoming. The wait time is very short. Highly recommend you come here for a caffeine pick me up or to just hangout and enjoy your deliciously made coffee.

The best coffee (Stumptown) and decent food but the service is hit or miss. We asked for an american with cream and the coffee didn’t really taste or look like cream was added. We went back for a bit more and realized the teenagers behind the counter were just using milk. My husband got a drip coffee and it was room temp so they microwaved it. Our sandwiches were missing ingredients but still tasted good. We didn’t make a fuss but it is just disappointing to see the service go down every time we go. I think they need better training.

Also, they serve all the sandwiches in plastic togo boxes versus paper plates or compostables.

We will go back because the coffee is great usually but i hope they step it up.

My 1 Star is for the simple fact that when I Ordered online I was expecting it to be made and Not have to Wait. And online it says you have the option of making it a Wrap, while inside they say it's not possible. What a waste of my time and Gas. Their Food is still Good as well as their coffee

One of my favorite coffee shops in the IE!
Their coffee is so yummy. The drinks have a perfect balance of coffee , milk and sweetness. My favorite is the easy rider with oat milk. A must try !
