I love Starbucks coming here more often they always get my drink right and then they have it ready before I go to the counter if you're barista doesn't do that for you then I don't know but yeah this place is really good here definitely try the coffee atmosphere music it's not too loud it's perfect

I went to this location today it was 95 degrees out and I’m 7 months pregnant I asked if I could please have a cup of water because I felt like I was nearly about to pass out and I didn’t have my purse on me the barista said they don’t give out “courtesy water” since when is that a curtesy? isn’t it illegal to deny people water? after that I’ll never spend a dime there.

Very friendly, helpful and attentive staff. We stop at this location on a regular basis after consult with nearby doctor. Recently, I noticed free discarded coffee grounds, tried to load the bag into my car but it was too heavy. The barista noticed my struggle, she immediately offered to load the bag into my car. She was an angel. Hats off to her, wish I had obtained her name. Blessings to the staff at this location, you are second to none. 💗
The atmosphere was great and friendly and the workers were so helpful and sweet. This is not usually at Starbucks for all staff to be nice and friendly.

I had such a great experience at this Starbucks thanks to Alana! She was so kind and patient with our toddlers, even when things got a bit chaotic. It's not always easy taking little ones out, but her warm attitude and calm energy made al the difference. Thank you, Alana.

Just got denied water. A basic need. I got asked if I purchased of plan to purchase? Then was told that there is water bottles for sale. Can't even get tap water with ice. Smh! Starbucks makes millions each year but yet can't afford to hand out a curtesy cup. I wouldn't of paid 10c for the cup if that was the issue. I know they don't care about the environment so it wasn't that! Definitely done w Starbucks!

I can't believe how messed up my experience at Starbucks was. I simply asked for a glass of water, and they outright denied me—no explanation, no courtesy, just a flat-out no. It’s honestly baffling that in a place that’s supposed to serve customers, basic needs like water are seen as an inconvenience. How will houseless people survive in the heat?
Yes, I understand the economy is tough, but that doesn’t justify ignoring customer basics or being so dismissive. The level of customer service I received was beyond disappointing; it’s crazy how much I actually spend there and how little that seems to matter to them.
After this experience, I’ve deleted the app and will definitely be taking my business elsewhere. It’s a shame because I used to enjoy my visits, but this was just the last straw. I will never get Starbucks capitalistic trash that supports Israel again.
