I’ve been coming for about 2 years now, and this is the first time I’ve ever had something like this happen. I always order the same coffee, and it’s always consistent in flavor. This time, I ordered through the online website, and received both coffees with no sugar, and coffee grounds on the bottom. I had to go out of my way to drive back to have them be remade. A refund should have been offered on top of them being remade, but I offered either a refund or the drinks being remade. Safe to say I'm not going to be coming for the foreseeable future.

Update 10/22/2024: They just added a hot food counter and combo deals, where you can pick your main dish(es) and sides. The broccoli beef is flavorful, as well as the orange chicken. There are other dishes like Mongolian beef, kung pao chicken, honey shrimp, hot and sour soup.
They have new, extended hours too.
Service is excellent with friendly and helpful workers. The owner is very sweet!

Honestly, had the worst experience here at this establishment. Came in with a friend to enjoy a nice boba and was greeted very rudely by this younger white teen girl who was more worried about her phone and touching up her appearance than actually serving us. Not only was this highly unprofessional, but this other man came in and they proceeded to flirt and exchange numbers while the rest of the customers were waiting to get their order taken. I'm not being dramatic when I say that i saw a few people even walk out after seeing what was going on. She needs a lesson in customer service skills especially after speaking to me very rudely and asking me "What!?" when i was just trying to order. Won't be returning, sorry.

The avomango is a delight. Both my husband and daughter ordered it, and when I tried theirs, I wish I had ordered it too. Drinks taste fresh - much much better than boba tea places that make drinks from flavored powder.

Got a matcha and lavender boba. Paid for boba and only got boba in one of the drinks. Drinks are mid, tried to get a refund when our drinks were still full and the cashier who’s name is Tony said he doesn’t have a manager or a number we can call to rectify the problem. Refused to refund us. Will never be back.
We love boba milk tea and this place hit the spot! ? I also grabbed a Strawberry Mojito with boba, it's an iced strawberry tea with sparkling water, and OH BOY!! YUMMY! YUMYY! I highly recommend it! ? We'll Be Back! ?

Ordered 50% sweetness, got what definitely was 0%. Fruit tea just tasted bitter, definitely didn't taste the flavors I ordered. Didn't like the Taro buns.

Claremont Village is a quaint little enclave of small businesses. T&Joy is a boba shop with Taiwanese snacks. Good place for a quick drink and lunch.
