I went here expecting a dark behind the door speakeasy experience. That is how it was presented on the internet. That is not what this place is, so don't expect that, but I am very glad we found it. Nice quiet place with a comfortable environment. They have a good variety of food choices, and their Jack barrel was really good.

This was my first time going here and I will not come back. We waited 20 minutes and never got any service before we finally got up and left. The staff did apologize and said they could take us right away but why bother at that point. I don’t like pointing fingers but I feel like us being the only black patrons had something to do with this as well.

I liked the food and our server was very attentive. However, I have issues with dirty utensils. At restaurants and at home, it's just a thing for me - and they must be clean. After having them replaced with crusty dirty ones, we just asked for a cup of hot water so we could clean them ourselves. ??♀️ I recommend the breakfasts - waffles, poached eggs/Benedict. Also, if you are using Google maps, Make sure you turn on First St, G-maps directed me behind the restaurant where there were train tracks that cannot be crossed. I would definitely use the parking structure on First St where they have PLENTY of parking.

It was good a bit overpriced for the amount that was given I got way more of a serving at olive garden for a bit less. Service was excellent but would I go back a second time? Maybe not for the prices on the amount of food I got it's one of those try it once places but I wouldn't go back a second time.

I’ve visited this spot several times, and it’s become my go-to for meeting up with friends, especially since it’s a convenient midway point. About a year ago, I recommended this place to an out-of-state vendor from Oklahoma, and they loved it. The food selection was spot on—my jambalaya was fantastic—and the beer options were equally impressive.
On my most recent visit, I made it in time for happy hour and enjoyed a half-portion of nachos, paired with a glass of red wine and a light beer. The atmosphere and lighting here always set the perfect mood for a relaxed evening. The bar area, with multiple TVs, is ideal for sports fans. Overall, I highly recommend this spot for a casual hangout or a quick bite during happy hour!
