Awesome food and the service was outstanding. Kathy our server was the best. Pleasant and courteous and very attentive she didn't miss a beat. All I can say it's a great place to eat.
Came in on a Friday evening with no reservation. Was told that there were no free tables, so my party was seated by the hostess in the foyer. Meanwhile, there were several tables that were completely unused while I was there. I ordered the special meal chop, and it had minimal salt and no crust, so it looked grey. It was a good-sized portion, too, so it could have been made better. I also ordered mac n cheese as a side, which was seasoned with horseradish and was an unexpected...
Hospitality and vibe inside is nice. Outside seating is actually quite pleasant despite being on the street. The food is grossly overpriced. Funke-level prices at a fraction of the quality. Still this was the best food we have had in Claremont after trying nearly every place in town. Spaghetti and red sauce was very good, meatballs great as well.
