Tapas and lively atmosphere are great for hanging out with friends or date Recommend the sangria with a shot of their brandy.

Kills me to write this but Viva is definitely not what it was a few years ago. Quality of food and taste has gone down hill. Hurts me to say but I can get better food at Red Robin’s. Praying they can return to their origins soon 🙏🙏

The moment you step into the restaurant you are transported to a beautiful Spanish village with Spanish music. The tapas are incredibly delicious and unique. The service is impressive even when they are busy. Save room for dessert too.

Service was great! We sat at the bar and got our drinks quickly. Drinks were delicious. We ordered a variety of different tapas. However, one after the other we began to notice the quality and taste was average. We also ordered the paella and it was also disappointing unfortunately. No crust at the bottom but there was a good amount of seafood.

I love this place. It feels like being on the set of Pirates of the Caribbean. Had the Pollo barbacoa and pollo in wine sauce.

The tapas are good, but not great. Seating and movement around the tables is tight. So much so that someone walking to be seated hit another table and spilled drinks. Oops 😬. Other than that, not bad.

Food was very delicious but we were left so confused as to why the service was so inattentive. Whenever we needed anything it seemed like none of the staff were paying attention to us. We weren’t seated for a while, we didn’t get our orders for a while, our water cups sat empty for most of the meal, and even when we were asking for the check it seemed we were acknowledged but still were kept waiting. Just bummed because the food was delicious but we were sad we felt so ignored.

We had been wanting to try this place for awhile. We used to love La Luna Negra in Pasadena and we were hoping this place was similar. Sadly it was not. The food was not good. Had the pan con Tomate basically dry toasted bread that was cold with a tomato paste w zero flavor. We had the chicken empanada it looked like no other empanada I’ve seen or eaten in my life. Came with a weird sauce and was square. I’ll say it was okay but just not at all a traditional empanada in a way. The chicken croquettas were dry and flavorless. But the worst was the paella. We waited over 30 minutes for it and were so disappointed. We’ve had plenty of paella and this was bad, the rice was so mushy and it was beyond bland! No seasoning no flavor. Just mush. I’ve never seen paella served with zucchini and green beans on top. Weird! Even the sangria wasn’t great served with no ice in little glasses and the only fruit was teeny tiny bits of watermelon. I will say the place is cute and that ambience is nice. Our server was nice. But if you like good food I do not recommend

Tried this place last night and was amazed at the authentic spanish flavor of the paella, the gambas were also great as an appetizer, I've gone to spain a lot of times and can tell authentic from non, this place does feel like little spain with the flavor, this place doesn't dissapoint, will be coming back again, perfect for a weekend night of tasteful international dining, the prices were reasonable, so all the better
