I love Waba Grill in Claremont in Sycamore Plaza. The food and service are unfailingly good. We shared a chicken and steak bowl and two chicken tacos. It was plenty of food for two! The food is tasty and seasoned well.
There were 8 people waiting during lunch hour. It took over 1/2 hr. To receive our food. Food was not hot and I feel for the employees. This location needs more help!

So we stopped here for dinner in our way from Karate Trunk or Treat. We were very upset to see that the lady that was working tonight was there by herself. She had been by herself for 2 hours. She was literally doing everything by herself. We felt so bad for her. We asked if the manager knows she's alone and she said she didn't know. This lady deserves a raise. She did our order of 3 people and then did another one after ours all at the same time, and in some pretty good time! The other lady that ordered was not happy that she was alone either. Even she said she was going to contact someone. Shame on you Waba Grill!! You can't afford another person to be on shift. There should always be 2 to close!! SHAME ON YOU!!

Lucy and Gabby were a great help and very attentive ! My favorite Waba around !
Tried to buy a drink out of the cooler, wanted to take a picture so that person in car could pick they told me "no pictures" so I stopped and proceeded to send a list instead to respect what they asked, they then sent a manager after me to say the same thing but ruder, not only is it very suspicious that they are THIS afraid of being filmed but its also very rude to treat customers this way. Never coming here again glad I didn't spend money here .

Was taking a picture of the drink choices so my friend could make a choice. Both employees amd manager rudely started yelling at me for nothing... Idk how taking a picture of drinks is going to hurt them, was going to get a drink but not after that rude treatment from crew and manager.
