The service was fast for the donut but pretty slow otherwise for a store with no other customers at the time

The guava milkshake was pretty good but it felt low in guava flavor to me.

This place was great for a nice hot anytime sandwich up until a few weeks ago. Now the only staff they employ is one guy who refuses to make any food. I've been turned away at least 4 times in the past month.
He straight up said he doesn't feel like cleaning the machines, so pretty useless until they either replace him or hire him some help.

I walked in there with my BF to get a midnight bite. The young man working at 3am on Friday 11/22, was rude and everything we asked he could not make at that moment. He never even looked our way, he only shook his head and said no to everything we asked for.

Normally grab a wheat bagel egg and cheese sandwich after the gym, guy behind the register tonight insisted they were out, no bagels he said and no sandwiches for the day, clear as day are the bagels behind the window, didn’t order anything, upset and disappointed, I’ll have to come back and hope the associate isn’t the only guy available to service customers. I hope this reaches the right person, what a strange interaction, maybe the guy doesn’t know how to operate the equipment and didn’t make the sandwich because of that, I have no idea.

Kid-friendliness: Sugar. And "orange juice" is basically Minute Made or Tropicana. Nothing fresh to help your kids grow.

It's difficult when you go to a place for 10 years and see the change of employees, some very good, others super good, and on this day a very poorly educated and rude young woman who is asked for something as simple as an ingredient in the ranchero bagel. First he ignores me completely, I call him more firmly and he tells me... tell him what you want, not me!! That's costumer service!! Lastly... he hands me the bagel and I tell him in a good tone... you got what I ordered, and he answers me... you're not looking, there's the mayonnaise!! Note... I only wanted Chipotle in the egg... something so simple that for years they have done it to me without so many problems... to the owner... it is something simple but For someone who is a consumer and for so many years it is important, thank you
