Terrible customer service experience. The employee did not ask about the toppings on my torta, and when I specifically asked her not to add onions, she responded with a very rude attitude. There was absolutely no professionalism or basic customer service. If you are unhappy working in customer service, you shouldn’t be in this business at all. This was my first visit — and without a doubt, my last.

Donuts were not fresh. Went around 1 pm. Disappointed, my jelly donut was hard and had almost no jelly. The other one was hard and not fresh. DO NOT GO THERE. It was a rip off not worth your time money. There was a child of the man working there running around the kitchen area. Not going back there.

I came later at night and when I called in advance to know the menu they were very helpful.
The service was fast for the donut but pretty slow otherwise for a store with no other customers at the time
The seating was also really decent
The guava milkshake was pretty good but it felt low in guava flavor to me.
